I can't get my .GIF avatar to animate?

It resized it for you, becoming .png.

Resize the .Gif image.

you can't have animated avatars on sals iirc.

If it's resized automatically, it loses the animation. Make it smaller and still as a .gif then upload it again.

You can have an animated avatar but if the forums resize it, it loses the animation so resize it yourself and try again.
