PC. All the pros play there, all the mods, all the dedicated servers, all the custom maps.... Also, a good PC with a good graphics card can blow the PS3 or the Xbox 360 out of the water easily. I'm talking FPS games here by the way, FIFA type games (sports in general) are much better in consoles. But for "serious" gaming, PC is the way to go.

Oh I don't know, graphics-wise it's definitely inferior in almost all cases, but in terms of debuting a new method of interaction with the console and making the console more accessible to people that aren't normally gamers, it's done well.
Anyway I vote PC; seeing as I own neither of the other options I can't really comment on them

Easily? To get a PC on par with a PS3 (which is currently, performance wise, the best console) you are easily looking at a price tag of over 2000$, probably more to the 2500$ range. Even then you're not looking at graphics that completely blow the PS3 out of the water graphics wise, or the xbox 360 for that matter.
Compared to the PS3's 300-400$ or so current price range ... well ... yeah.

All the games aren't crap actually, you have the Call of Duty's which are widely considered good, even if also on other consoles, but if you look at, for example, Motorstorm, LBP, and Resistance FOM & 2, they're a few exclusives that I have that are very good. PS3 is the place to go for Aerial combat games, hack and slash and Vanilla games.

I enjoy the 360, but prefer PS3's controller and exclusives. Playing online I don't look much further than being able to play against others, so the superficial extras that come with XBL don't do much for me. It's good, but inferior in my eyes.
I dislike PC gaming. I have never enjoyed it much, doubt I ever will.
As for the Wii and Gameboy: Nintendo is a much more casual gaming orientated company. They don't fit into the PS3/360 (and PC, I guess) discussion because these are consoles/devices (PC is NOT a console >:( ) aimed at the intense gamer more than the casual.
Oh, and Wind; Bioshock isn't exclusive anymore. It hasn't been for a while now. Your bias displayed indicates that you haven't even played a PS3 before.

Compared to the PS3's 300-400$ or so current price range ... well ... yeah.

$2000? Hah, right. I can build a Crysis rig for sub $1000, and console games have yet to beat Crysis, a two year old game.
Ditto.
You WILL spend 2000$ if you're a crappy buyer. If you know how to do stuff, you could spend veeeery little.
Plus, PC can do muuuuch more than a PS3, seriously, I can get Xbox 360 graphics on Call of Duty on my 4 year old PC. The only thing I can give to consoles is HD... oh wait, there ARE video cards with HD capability

(like mine).
If you want hardcore gaming, and being able to get into stronger communities, with modding capabilities, the capacity to upgrade your PC instead of having to buy a new one every few years (like consoles), the fact that the PC gets most of the time PS3 and Xbox games as well, and sometimes with a cheaper tag and with free updates, instead of the 60$ payed updates and maps console games, and the fact that all the good leagues, clans and pro gamers play there... Plus, with the PC you get Xfire, which is similar or better than Xbox Live, and you can use Ventrilo as well... Or teamspeak, or pretty much anything you want.
Also, the PC has a broader range of games... Unless you play MMORPGs on consoles? Or RTS on consoles? Nah
PC FTW!
P.S: CoD was born... in the PC!
PS #2: anything you CAN spread is, well, a spread.
