... But Stellar Dawn is a go!

A JMod has said that they didn't cancel MechScape (Now confirmed as Stellar Dawn), they just went back to the drawing board, because it "didn't do everything they wanted"

So, no "MechScape" is canceled... Stellar Dawn isn't though

Just thought I would clear that up for those of you who were about to go and burn down Jagex's offices...

Wasn't this mentioned in the excerpts from the Mechscape canceled thread?

And I thought that Stellar Dawn was going to be released as the MMO in 2010, but MechScape was going to be restarted.

As far as I knew, they completely bagged Mechscape. They decided to stat over, creating an entirely new game: This time Stellar Dawn, to be released in 2010. It's not Mechscape done over, but they do use some mechanics from Mechscape in Stellar Dawn.

They lost millions by bagging it.
