Better be careful. I think Jagex detect constant changes in IP adress. If either there's a sudden change in the IP or it's constantly switching (like if they're sharing an account) Jagex will ban said account and possibly any other account under that IP address.

I dunno. I've been playing from three different IP adresses for a while now (uni, parents' house, dorm room) and I haven't noticed anything yet.

Having said that though: Account sharing/trading is bad!

I didn't share or trade, it was given to me, there's a difference. I screencapped the convo so if he says I hacked it and they IP ban me and I can show them the pic

The never noticed when I moved and got a new computer. I think Jagex needs solid proof, and IP change could be from moving, going on vacation, getting a new computer, etc.

What if the person moved?
