I was just wondering,
How do people get the borders like used on the bank edges and stuff? I see them in signatures and banners all the time, and I want to know where to get them. I don't think they're in a fake kit....

They take them from the edges of 'banks and stuff'.
I think I get mine from the world map.

Take a picture of a bank and just crop the border out.

I don't think there's any kit with them. But if you want to make one just go to a bank, take a screenshot and paste it, use the select tool to grab the border out (Or just make everything else besides the border white, leaving you with just the border), then use cropping and copy&pasting to make it the size you want.

Ignore the part at the bottom, that only applies if you use it in your fakes (I saw people getting +3 points just for using colored borders, which the raters thought the faker did themself).
I'll eventually be updating this and all my other kits, the same way I did with my Basic Fake Kit.
