Why make the F2P game easier?
There has to be some sort of challenge in the game. A bank near those types of things? A bit too convenient.
No support. It'll make it too easy.
There's a bank in Draynor. There's a bank in Falador. Not too far to go, so no support

If you pay for p2p you effectively have a bank via house and portals. We do not need more banks. You hardly walk as it is in the game if you know what you're doing.

In fact, there is a bank deposit box in Rimmington. All you have to do is complete Rocking Out, and you can use it.

Banks are in places where they need to be, jagex aren't idiots you know.

asdfgh... it was just a type man. Still with a house tab and a ring of dueling you can bank easily from rimmington. Also free players can bank run in about 1:30 from yews with fally teleport and explorer ring.

They dont but using explorers ring cabbage teleport puts you pretty close.

Technically, there is a bank deposit that charges you 10k after four item deposits, and requires 50 construction at Rimmington. 
I haven't the heart to tell you people that if you've done rocking out theres a deposit box, thats pretty good for them yews....

Because members pay £3.30 per month.
Rimmington is already useful without a bank, I use it to powermine Iron and powercut willows. Selling to general store for a little money is much easier than dropping it.
There is no point as there is already a bank deposit in Rimmington. That's really all I have to see.
Been this way since the beginning, shouldn't change.

Teleport to Castle Wars, bank, teleport to house (having set it to Rimmington previously). That'd be a faster way to bank even if there was a bank in Rimmington.
And for those whose arguments are making a bank too near a house portal, well, most high levelled players use their butler to collect the materials from the bank anyway, or they just tele between house and bank.
But anyway, no support, because of my first reason. The game's too easy to access a bank, even if the bank is nowhere near.
