Is this a new form of clue scroll?

In this video, the clue was in the same way. So I do not know.

It has been out for at least 3 months.

I've never seen that! But I only do lvl 3 clues.

I got one like this last year. Not new.

If I play VLC behind the firefox browser I get a similar effect to that, it just depends on what colour is hitting through the text at any one time

i think jagex made the graphics for that to seperate the more important parts of the clue. I think the Treasure trail guide Sal's is working on also does something to this effectn when saying the clue.

Well, it probably has something to do with the yews by the beehive in seer's, but that is kinda interesting, I don't think I've ever seen one before!
