- About Myself -

Hi all, this is my 1st blog in here, hope you'll like it ! I've been playing runescape since 2004 and I've been p2p for a bit more then a year. Ingame im very friendly, mature and focused on my goals. My character name is El_arkitekt, feel free to contact me. On runescape, I'm always down for some monster hunting & play soul wars; I tend to skill a lot too. Check "Stats & Equipment" section to have a look on all my levels.


- Goal -

I will try to make a profit of 100M in the month of November by doing only one trip a day for a total of 30 trips.

It's important to remember that drops still stand on random luck and I cannot pretend I'll achieve my goal.


- Procedure -

I'm pretty sure many of you, mostly older players, have tought of some ways they could make the game more thrilling and fun to play. I came with this idea : Why not hunt Kree'ara (Armadyl's Boss) in the God Wars Dungeon once a day during 1 month and see how much profit I can make of it. I guess you've came with this question alot on the forums "Whats the best way of making money"; by my past experiences I can say i've made alot from Kree and enjoy hunting it. It's the main purpose of this adventure.

Kree'ara isn't an easy foe to kill that is why I will be killing it in teams of 3 or 4 persons. I will be doing coinshare; this means important drops will be shared in cash for the minimum g.e price of the dropped item. I will also count other drops has earned money by selling them all in bulk on November 30th, last day of the month & end of the adventure. Every day I will be posting a short resume of my trip so you can follow my trips on a daily schedule.

Sunday, November 1st

Started at: 11:56am - Ended at: 2:32am
It went good we started 4 man, after a while one teled, we did trio for about 10 kills and a second leaved. I ended up duoing with last guy we got crashed by a trio on last kills and he ended up supplying me for an hour or so, we got some kills on them but got busted on a skirt drop... We got nothing valuable but here it is anyway:


Drop No.1

After 4 kills we got a shard 2 split x 4 for 27.4k each.


Drop No.2

After 10 kills we got an item that I think it's rarer than hilt itself: Dragon spear split x 4 for 12.4k each.


Monday, November 2nd

Started at: 1:09am - Ended at: 2:37am
Today... well today it's Thursday. I ended up coming from work at 1:00am but did a trip. Let's say it'll count for monday's. Since it was so late I waited 30mins with someone in his cc talking and ended up duoing. Duoing can be a bit tricky if you go with someone who doesn't know how to do it. Here's a shard 2 drop we got:

Tuesday, November 3rd

Started at: 11:53pm - Ended at: 2:10am
Well well, today's trip was loooong and boooooring like sometimes armadyl hunting can be. Can't say we didn't tried, I had 3 guys joining my clan chat, all 99 rangers with Armadyl gear. 40+ kills for the countdown. Still, we only got guess what... Yea... Another shard drop :

Wednesday, November 4th

Started at: 11:13pm - Ended at: 1:28am
The reason there isn't a screen today is that... Unfortunately we've got nothing. Again I had a great trio team, we did 35+ kills.


Thursday, November 5th

Started at: 11:34pm - Ended at: 1:44am
Again, 30+ kills no drops.


Friday, November 6th

Started at: 11:49pm - Ended at: 2:31am
And... again, no drops at all. Trip was funny though because we crashed (There wasn't a single world empty), then got crashed later and I finished up leeching minions .


Saturday, November 7th

Started at: 1:58pm - Ended at: 3:11pm
At least a shard drop for today.

Sunday, November 8th

Woooootang ! Finally, my first major drop of this adventure ! A great way to celebrate my first week. I will need more then this to achieve my goal though:

Awesome trip again, I'm very lucky to get expenrienced people join me most of the time. Well guess what another good major drop ! My 2nd, check it:

Tuesday, November 10th

Started at: 11:32pm - Ended at: 12:53am

Haha can't say good things about this trip. I failed massively. I died on 6th kill and let the other 2 guys duo it. Didn't missed anything and got my stuff back SWET! When I came back to get my things my teammates were off and I got someone suddently join my cc. He asked if we could duo since I explained him I had to get things back and couldn't wait for a team. Well, he died getting the kill count on aviansies rofl. Anyway, no comments. So I ended up soloing it for about 6 kills and I got a shard 2 from a minion. Didnt't screened it up though, I had pretty much my hands full, you'll understand.



Wednesday, November 11th

Started at: 11:20pm - Ended at: 2:15am

This trip went pretty well, I trioed with 99 Rangers we got pretty fast kills and after about 2 hours we had over 50 kill counts. No big drops, but I found to have good lsp on the team.



Thursday, November 12th

Started at: 11:45pm - Ended at: 1:49am

Didn't went so well, we did like 30 kc no drops.



Friday, November 13th

Started at: 11:21pm - Ended at: 1:25am

Today we got the helm ! Not really good but it's a good sign I've been getting all the drops, except, hilt !

We are now on 15th November, this means half of the adventure is done.
Nice little trip today, 3 more guys joined me we did get alot of kills but at the end we leave hands almost empty.



Monday, November 16th

TODAY: 1ST HILT !!!
Here's the story: I was supposed to do the "how to" video on Sunday, I couldn't make it so I decided to do it on Monday. So I start filming, kc and all. I post on rsof for a team, I got 4 guys joining my team, all 99 rangers. We try more then 20 worlds I swear none is free. I log on W46, it's free amazing! Just before we enter one of them leaves us without saying a thing. So we start a trio. 15 seconds after we entered kree dies and drops on us his hilt. When I rendered the movie it just played the first 2 minutes, sad. Anyway I don't got the drop on vid but I still took a screenie for yall. We still did 30 more kills and leaved with no other drops. But really after hilt, who cares ? OH and if it says 3 kill count it's because I killed one more aviansie than I should and took the screenie one kill after we killed it. Here it is:

I got on my cc with a friend we posted but no one came, we waited about 30mins, so we decided to duo. Did some 15 kill, but no drops. Doesn't matter i'm happy with yesterday's hilt.

Ok people sorry about the delay for todays trip but I just came back from work, I'll go on a trip now and count it has yesterday's trip anyway.


Just a question to yall: Are the drop screenies too big ? I play on a 24inch monitor so I don't know how you might see them.

Honestly here are some tips.
1) Play in standard detail when your at arma so we can see the pictures better
2) Playing in SD is easier and causes you to lag less then hd.
3) Your invetory is closer for a faster click if your about to die and need food

I got good connection I never tend to lag in HD gladly. I don't really enjoy playing on SD to be honest. But i'm gonna cut borders of the screens and put them on 1024*768.
And yes! It would be awesome that you could do me that skill-log banner !!

It would be nice to go next weekend. I will try to join you in runescape so we can adjust the time. Try to get your ranged level has higher has you can so we can be the more efficient possible.

Also I would suggest you to change your gear a bit since I see it's more prayer based then range-offensive/mage-defensive.
Here are some tips:
-Change helm of Neitiznot for a Verac's helm if possible, if not leave it like this.
-Change Zamorak Stole for Amulet of glory, or at best Fury amulet. (Main reason is because you will need to restore often, so it isn't worth to have a high pray bonus. You should make Magic defence and Range attack a priority.)
-Since you've changed Zamorak stole you're going to have to get another Zamorak item. I would suggest to change Saradomin d'hide for some Zamorak Bracers and get Karil's top, at best. If you can't afford I would sell Saradomin d'hide and buy Zamorak d 'hide and keep with the rfd gloves. Some people replace their Zamorak bracers for rfd gloves once in the room.

Note: You don't really need Saradomin protection if you know where to get you're kc.

I'm on the safe side for the moment: about 50M profit and half of the log done. On "Final Day Resume" Section I will be posting all the money I wasted on pots, bolts, teles, summons, etc. VS. all the money made on minor drops and important drops. I'm really calculating it all everyday so all of you can see the profit against the time so people who might not have an interest on gwd make up their mind.
