I dug up this old fake I finished before I started posting here, and decided to show it. I know it's soon after my first, but I'm posting old ones before I make new. Known flaws:cropping, blurriness (it's blurry because it was a fullscreen hd, and it had to be made smaller on imageshack to fit the post)

It's not a copy paste, I had to do quite a lot to get the chatbox right, since its hd. But thank you anyway

The girl dancing on the second table is out of proportion. The first guy is perfect. 9/10, keep it up! For one of your first, this is great.
Next time, use a smaller HD Screen if you can't find an image uploader that will let you keep it the same size. But i think tinypic.com lets you use any size picture. I might be wrong.

I see quite a few flaws with the textbox, but other than that, great 2nd fake! 7/10

Even if the fake is old, you should still remake the bits - the inventory symbols are all old. I won't rate it for that reason

Not rating a fake, just because it's old? I never understood why people do that So, basically, every time there's a graphics update, we have to remake all of our fakes all over again from scratch? Why do people always think old interface = a flaw?

A few of the dots on the minimap seem ever-so out of line, just a tiny bit.
Maybe it's the HD epicness making up for it, but there is a lack of a shadow (although it still appears good) beneath the people on the tables.
8/10

8/10. It is a good HD fake. But no shadows (I dont know how you will even pull shadows off).

You need a program like GIMP, Photoshop, or Fireworks to make shadows. Just draw three black circular shapes on different layers, each being smaller than the other. Then move them under the character and make them transparent. You'll want to make the biggest (outer) circle more transparent than the others, and the innermost should be a bit more visible. Just how transparent they should be depends on where the person is standing, but never make a shadow more visible than the shadows of people around them (assuming they are standing on a similarly colored surface).
