Whats the best place for someone to train with these stats?
Att: 40
Str: 65
Def: 45
Rng: 65
Mge: 59 (fire blast)
Pray: 31

My equipment is:
Rune full helm
Green d'hide Body/ Monk Robe
Rune Legs
Rune berserker shield
Rune scimmy
Amulet of Strength
Fighting boots
Green d'hde vambraces

I was thinking either fleshies and zombies, or spiders (3rd level of stronghold).
Which one would be better xp?

You can semi-afk well your there if you got auto-retaliate on, also it's super good exp

ummm there is no such think as a f2p zerker. Zerkers have 45 defense for the helms that are member only. Sorry.
But if you are just training f2p then getting memeber fleshes are the way to go.

^45 Defence gives access to the Rune berserker shield, which is F2P.

F2p zerker pure = bad, bad bad. Make a one defence pure.

But I heard that with a zerker in f2p, you can almost just throw everyone around once you get higher leveled.
No harm in trying, I can make this into a main if it really just doesn't work anyway.

I am a f2p zerker it works just fine people. Umm i would say get 60 attack, 70 strength. The best place to train is probably flesh crawlers, dont do giant spiders they hit a lot on 45 defense trust me
