We're a little past Season 3... Are you watching it on DVDs or something?
Season Four, my bad.
I really like the character of Samuel, hes pretty much one of the only interesting characters on the show. I have discovered I watch the show just for Hiro, Peter, Sylar and now Samuel.
Hiro's arc seems a bit difficult, I think that they should have just used the long haired kid to heal him by teleporting him over to Hiro through Peter. Episode and plot was amazing, but that was a serious flaw in logic.
Sylar continues to be the most interesting and most entertaining character. I want Nathan back too though somehow.

The first series was immesurably better than the others.
Well yeah, but its really picking up. Sylar and Samuel especially.
Sylar is defnitely a great character - one of my favorites. I also like how Hiro provides some comic relief (saving the suicidal "butt guy" was hilarious) while still providing a serious and productive part to the plot.
I'm glad that Nathan is gone though. He mostly just complicated things and the season that was centered around him somewhat was one of the worst.

I watched the whole first series on sci fi but after that they just seemed to drag it on to make money, should have stopped after the first
