That's what it looks like. Either that, or the faker just splashed white paint around.

And shouldn't a melting rune exude a gray liquid, not white?

I just dropped a cow hide,water rune and a air rune lol

this is my first fake and it looks pretty good though there could have been improvements

If you didn't edit anything at all, then it's not a fake
Fakes are screenshots that have been edited/modified, not real pics with a caption making them seem like something they're not. Look at other topics here, and you'll see just why this isn't a fake

1/10, Sorry for the bad rating, but it looks like you just logged into RuneScape, dropped cowhide and a water rune on the floor and barely marked it with spray can in paint and typing a sentence in the wrong font in a large white box and saving it as a Jpeg file.
EDIT: Forgot to mention it's the worst fake I've ever seen, as WolfieMario said, it's not even a fake.

im sorry but this thing is not a fake its like my moss giant nuking thing
first of all you should have cropped it
secondly its too blurry and small to see what it is (save it as png next time)
also the text that is just floating there just dosent look right
im sorry i just cannot rate it t is so bad!
