Doing ok on quest's and achievement diary, you should probably try and do While Guthix Sleeps though. Bank is fairly nice but could you tell us what your combat level is? And I'd would have expected 70+ all skills or at least 60+. You might also consider using your penguin points on Runecrafting though anyway. I'd say a 6.5/10

Herblore didn't actually take long as I coupled it with Farming, it's actually quite fast.
I'd have higher farming if I didn't always forget to check the plants.

I haven't started While Guthix Sleeps yet, because I don't have the quest and some level requirements yet, but I'll surely do it someday.

I also don't hunt the penguins. I've been slowly trying to get 60+, just currently not wanting to bother with it.

Bank: 10/10 - Especially since I was just talking with a 130 the other day with 12m net worth. xD

Skills: 7.5/10 - Very nice slayer and agility levels. noob runecrafting level tbh. 99 Defence ftw! Maybe use some of those charms to get summoning up to 70 for 70+ combat skills and 130+ combat? Eventually might want to get 60+ all, but I'm not one to talk.

Quests: 8/10 - Really good, considering you don't have a quest cape. But you haven't finished Watchtower?! tsk tsk. Good achievement diary progress.

Your account is pretty similar to mine, 127 combat, 2 99s and around the same total level. You have completed a lot more quests than me tho, and your also a bit richer.
It's a pretty good account imo, I give you a 8.5/10.

Your bank is very nice, you should push a bit more to quest cape with those skills. Your stats are great, Try turn those high 50s into 60s.

Overall: 8/10 very good, but have some low 60s and 50s.

Great skills and bank, but you're a little weak on quests.
Things like Observatory Quest, Clock tower, Monk's Friend are really easy, and I can't figure out why you haven't done them.
