Ok, I got a new samsung sway and i have a couple of problems with it. First, its earphone jack. It's far too small for my mp3 player's earplugs, so is there a special type of earplug i need to buy? And second, I'm trying to get a picture onto my phone via a micro sd card, but when i go to pictures, it won't show up so how do i access it? Thanks

The phone has a 2.5mm plug, you need 3.5mm for your headphones:

Insert the micro sd card into the phone then go to the pictures or music folder or whatever (on the phone). It should say no media or something. Take the chip out then plug it into your computer. Open it up and you should see three folders: Music, Photos, Videos. Just place your music in the music folder etc etc etc and then pop it back in.

That's how it was on my samsung propel.
