Not bad for a 1 itemer kill.

Generated Loot (for example statuettes) is not generally determined by how much they risk, of couse if they risk alot there is a chance of you getting some of it, but it's completely random. If you die maybe 10times with risk, it's likely your loot will be good. AS LONG AS THEY RISK LOOT COULD BE ABSOLUTELY ANYTHING!

I find stats drop more off 1 itemers as they dont carry anything to be part of the drop.

Was he your target? If so that's normal, because it DOES NOT matter how much money they have. It matters how much your risking and if your in a hotzone, etc.
