Does anyone actually kill the Mole any more, and what do you think of him in general? I personally love him and he is great to solo and team, brilliant for birds nests too.

A full special attack bar of Dragon Dagger, wait a bit while the poison sinks in, then finish it off with a Godsword? I think you can do it that way.

Protect from Mele, also I noticed, if you have a Familiar out thats attacking the mole, it will walk over to him when he digs, so you can find him so easily.

Easy to kill, but the rewards aren't really worth the time.
I prefer to skill or kill something that drops decent stuff, unless it's a Slayer task.

It's a pretty convenient boss monster, since it's near the Falador bank.

The only reason people kill the Giant Mole is for the fun nowadays. Some also want the thrill of fighting a boss monster as a low level.

He's obviously pretty easy if two people can no item him with just prayer. The reward was maybe 29k in that drop in the 45 minutes it took us to punch him to death. It would have been faster if he didn't tunnel around

Easy for lower levelled members to try and solo. And hey, those nests could give you a Magic Seed .

not only are the drops pretty much worthless for a monster this annoying but jagex set it up so people would work in teams to kill it

Hmm fair points, but it is so easy to use a Familiar to hunt it, also you have the space if you use like a Bullant or a Terrorbird to put the drops, that can then be used for birds nests, it is possible to make a fair bit of money from him, but yeah he is good for lower levels I guess, but to solo him is also fun, just don't poision him I found or he might die while your looking for him

I find the Giant Mole extremely underrated. Sure it doesn't drop an item worth millions, but it does give out decent drops considering i can kill it very quickly. In a day I think I could easily get 1m+ in drops with almost nothing spent in supplies.

In a day, you would probably be spending 500k in supplies, between pray pots and food.

I think the best drop the mole has is the hide/claws, which are 3k. I've killed it alot, and it really sucks.

Don't kill the giant mole if you want nests, use your kingdom- you get like 45 seed nests a week at 7.5M and 100% at the beginning at the week.

Mole can be killed for 0 gp in supplies. And as said, very good drops for how easy it is to kill.

Not too bad to with friends '4 the lulz', but for drops you're much better off pretty much anywhere else

I guess so. Easl and Max were going to kill it 'for teh lulz' earlier, but neither of them ended up coming. I solo'ed it, and made about 150k in the hour I had a BGS loan for. Well, if I'd sold the claws and skins I would've, but I ended up with 25k from trading in the nests.

lol the giant mole is so easy to kill, my lvl 74 friend just became rs member, he had to team it, so, it depends on your lvl, if you are 100+, it is better to just to go gwd or some other harder bosses, the giant mole is really for lowere lvled people.
