Exactly, we will probably get new Section Heads when someone resigns or is not doing there job properly

Also, we will not recruit every issue. I think we should make a cut-off date now so we can get on with the paper

I think we should cut off all general applications, except for specific parts of the paper that require more people. And then in the future, only accept applications for positions that we need, instead of accepting basically everybody like we are right now.
