1. You have three (3) days to post in the worm topic after you are PMed informing you that it is your turn. This post must indicate that you are working on the piece and will have it completed in the next five (5) days.

2. If you fail to follow Rule 1 by posting in the topic with the necessary content, you will be removed from the list completely. You will be allowed to sign up in the next sign up topic to participate in the Sal's Graphics Worm.

3. If you are going to be unable to create your piece for any acceptable reason*, you must post within two (2) days of being PMed to inform us that you will be away. You must include the reason that you are unable to create your piece as well as how long until you will be able to take part in the worm. If your reasons is deemed acceptable, we will do our best to move you down far enough for you to have returned by then. We will not move you down further than the bottom of the list at the time of your request.

*This will be decided by Cookthechef or Noisia.

4. You will not be allowed to sign up for the worm if you have previously made any pieces that do not blend well with the piece prior to yours or resist fixing your piece.

When blending a piece don't start with a 600x450 canvas. Use a 1200x450 canvas. On the left side, put the piece you have to blend with, and on the right side, start work on your own piece. This way, you can address blending issues as you see them, rather than trial and error or guess work. Once you've got the blending done, you can finish your piece, and then crop the canvas back to 600x450. Hey presto! You've got a worm piece that blends nicely, without all the fretting that comes from having to guess colour values and pixel positions.

Cook, could use a tad more color.

Celtic/Mr T (ownt kay) says to change the topic title because he didnt know it was up until when I just told him he had to make a piece before he goes on vacation.

He said he will do it, he leaves Thursday evening so he should have time.

Are you guys using html or just one big image? One big image makes it really messy and really huge file size. HTML is simple and easy.

Cook can You supply the pattern or at least give me a break

The piece ends on half a square

Also my ps can't seem to make that pattern, when I add the spaces it makes it a solid block.

EDIT: answer by SUnday i'll be back and finish it then

There's a list of the order on who's next, you can't post just whenever you want. And no there isn't a particular style.

If the patterns are too hard to replicate tell me and I will be happy to change mine a bit or supply the patterns

I need to work on my blending and be a bit nicer to the next person I think, The patterns are quite replicable to be honest and I can supply all parts.

Prash is on vacation.. I forgot to say that here.

He left on the 5th and gets back tomorrow. IMO we should go to the next person, then put him after them. Just to get it going. Also hes gonna be in charge of the paper (cause Julz left for vaca too

). So yeah, I think best idea is skip him for one person.

I gave you an easier blend than Cookthenarb

(jokes) How was it made by the way Enigma it looks great?

Cook do you mind if i take our pieces and brush over the edge then split them up as the blending on that was a bit of a mission

Celtic, I basically got a picture of the desert, and used and action set called 'comix' on it, and it turned out pretty much like that

No, Prashanna is next. We skipped him cause he was on vacation, but then we're putting him here.

Other than the blending between Cook's and Celtic's (which could be fixed by Hug giving Cook the PSD I think

) the worm is 100x better then the last one.

Everything flows nicely and stuff. The only thing I dont like is the edge of Enigma's looks like itll be hard to blend into.

You mean Cook give Celtic the PSD? I can't give the PSD to myself, I already have it.

I could set something up.. I spent like 5 minutes making a layout but it sucks. Here it is, if youd rather we could just do no layout and just a white bg with black text. It would probably look better.

Or I could use a googlepages layout (I could steal the code.

).

So dont post images that stretch the page. If you want to show yours next to the person before you, show those two. But no more.

Prash's looks bad because his isnt big enough. Its 595 pixels wide, instead of the 600 it should be. Prash, use those 5 pixels to make the left edge blend better.

EDIT: Grr, I cant host it. My hosting is down.
