If you have 15 posts or less, all your posts containing links to external URLs and images will have to be approved by a moderator.

If you're a regular member, make sure that you typed the [img][/img] tags correctly, and that you've chosen the 'direct link' address on Imageshack, as shown below.

If your image URL has a = sign in it, it's a dynamic page and you won't be allowed to use it as your signature, so try to find the direct address to the image by right clicking on it, selecting "Properties", and looking at the "Image Address".
