You might just want to add Aptana/Aptana Studio under the Web Development section. I use it all the time whenever I'm coding something up, it's awesome.

A favorite of mine (and very underrated but excellent program) for programming is Programmer's Notepad.
Information and Download

It's great because it's really customizable, IMO better than Notepad++, has great syntax highlighting themes, and offers its own portable version.

Looks horrible compared to Gedit though, and if you want something more advanced than that i don't see why you wouldn't just learn Vim?

Here's a new one for audio editing:

Audacity
AudacityŽ is free, open source software for recording and editing sounds. It is available for Mac OS X, Microsoft Windows, GNU/Linux, and other operating systems.

And for playback:

FooBar2k (Foobar2000)
FooBar2000 is an advanced freeware audio player for the Windows platform. Some of the basic features include full unicode support, ReplayGain support and native support for several popular audio formats. (Did I mention it can be highly customized?)

Hi everyone, I have now taken over this thread (mwhahahaha). I've not finished updating everything yet, but I'm working on it. Submissions are very welcome, preferably posted here (but PMs are okay too if you're shy :cute:)
