ya so whats the best way to train str? pc?slayer? something else?

With a 110+ clan Pest Control is the fastest, but probably the most boring. Slayer is usually good experience, and it's a nice change from the ordinary. Maybe go for 85 along the way? I used to train at bandits too. The experience there is about 50 to 60k xp an hour depending on attack and strength levels. The only problem would be tent stealers or crowded worlds. You can also try dagannoths in the light house.

I've found that Ape Atoll monkey are quite good. If you wear good prayer armour and have quite a few strength bonus along with Chilvary/Piety/Attack and Strength prayer that gives 10% bonus, you can get around the same exp at bandits. I was usually getting 10k exp per minute.

Onyx you very nearly made me buy another membership! I mgiht go and do that, but i lost my gree gree adn amulet, I don't want to get another one!

Stay near the altar and attack the monkey guards with protect from melee and piety/chivalry.

Super set there and use Dharoks at around 25 hp.

Friend of mine taught me this method and it gets me well over 90k xp per hour.

You will need some anti super poison and ring of life would be encouraged just in case you lag out.

Far and away armoured zombies if you have 70 prayer (Piety) and 68 summoning (Bunyip), lower than 70 prayer still armoured zombies, lower than 68 summoning Ape Atoll monkey guards most likely.
