What boots have the highest prayer bonus? Do you know?

Bandos boots have +1 prayer bonus, as far as I know, they're the only boots with a prayer bonus.

As far as i know white armored boots (can buy from fally white knight or on ge-wanted required) give a +1 or so prayer bonus. They are also far cheaper than bandos boots, but the prayer bonus is meagre and does little. your better off with the +4 strength and defence of dragon boots.
