I'm a newbie to this section of the forums but here goes.

Facebook has a new video chat feature. However, when I click on it and it starts up, I get a message saying
"Contacting Service...
Connecting to Room...
apps.new.facebook.com/profile-chatrooms/True.Chat.php"

And then after a few seconds it says
"Connection Unsuccessful."

I did have the camera plugged in and the computer knew it. This isn't the first time I've had a problem with taking a video on Facebook, though. I can't do anything relating to taking a video off facebook, just keeps saying it can't connect. It did actually work once before.

I don't know how to use Facebook (hint hint wink wink) but I think that they might not like your webcam. Who knows.

Is your webcam working?

Maybe it is time to upgrade to a Mac, most come with a webcam (of pwnsomeness) built in

Also, the camera's working fine.

That was a joke.

I'd show you my facebook, but you'd cry because all of my pictures :evil-lol:!

Did you try using your webcam (not on Facebook).
