whats the fastest possible?

At skeletons in Yanille agility dungeon its possible to get 130k or something an hour, with a salve amulet (e), super pots and pray. But they aren't aggressive so it takes concentration + money.

You could always do ghostly warriors, they are aggressive and you can wear salve (e).

Recognizing he/she is free-to-play, I would suggest hill giants for low leveled player. For medium leveled players, moss giants and for high-levels I would have to say ice giants.

The fastest  and most effective xp per hour in F2P are Spiders and Flesh Crawlers.
Flesh Crawlers for under 80 and Spiders for above 80.

keep in mind these are my  personnal choices and i havent tried cockroach xp yet but they are best for cash though

lol? y not just do skeleton in chaos tunnels by the gargoyles. They aggresive. low defence. alot of hp. and theres alot of them. but u cnat do it w/o p pots.

The absolute fastest experience possible is using Melee Brawling gloves and training on NPCs in the wilderness with piety on, such as Greater Demons. This would net you upwards of 200k+ exp an hour, as long as you bring enough gloves to last a couple of hours.

i cant hit through cockroaches...

the other thing is, for ice warriors, there's no place to get food, and for lessers, you have to get swordies or lobs a few times before you get
the 34k xp.

i just use giant spiders they hit but i can get trouts/salmon often.

just train at bandits, they nice xp per hour and u can stay there all day

Cockroaches are good exp, and AWESOME, AWESOME cash.

Bandits north of ancient pyramid, wear a sara or zammy cape and they become endlessly aggressive.
