ok so in the quest guide of fremmy trials im on the part of peer, but the help guide didnt helped me at anything, my riddle is the following try to solve it:
My first is in mage, but not in wizard.
My second in goblin, and also in lizard.
My third is in night, but not in the day.
My last is in fields, but not in the hay.

My whole is the most powerful tool you will ever posses.
What am i?

note: i have already tried with life and tree

I don't have time to check the guides, but it sounds like it might be "Mind".

Erm.... it can't be "life" or "tree", because the letters "L" & "T" aren't even IN the words "mage" and "wizard" - your first letter has to be an "M", a "G", or an "E".  
Your second letter has to be either an "L" or an "I", because those are the only two letters shared by the words "goblin" and "lizard".

editing to add: "Mind" is a good guess. "MI" is possible as the first two letters; the letter "N" is in the word "night" but not in the word "day"; the letter "D" is in the word "fields" but not in the word "hay"; and intelligence is indeed the most powerful tool any person can possess.

Letters=l, i Word: Mind
My third is in night, but not in the day.
My last is in fields, but not in the hay.

I agree with RedFox and would try "Mind".
