It takes a minute to search for it; 2 hours exactly.
12 years of age as of October 17, 2007.
13 years of age as of October 17, 2008.
14 years of age as of October 17, 2009.
15 years of age as of October 17, 2010.
16 years of age as of October 17, 2011.
Now how much time did I spend on Sals?

2 hours incubating (must be online during this time). And 24 hours online for a god bird to hatch, I'm not sure about others but I'm guessing it's the same.

That's not true as I just hatched one today. I put it in the incubator at midnight last night and I checked about 5pm today and it was hatched
I don't know how long it took to hatch exactly as I wasn't online for the full 17 hours.
