Are you freeplay or member? What arrows are you going to be using? Are you safespotting them or just shooting them in melee? If in melee, what is your defense? We need more information to answer this accurately.

I recommend getting 10s of thousands of Iron knives (cheap and fast training). Also, do the Animal Magnetism quest for Ava's Accumulator - it'll pick knives/arrows up for you.

EDIT: I have 89 range (no longer training it because I unsubscribed). The method above was very fast and cheap to use - and I'm NOT rich (but not poor either). So by cheap I do mean cheap for the average member.

A training method I used was to bronze knife with sc helm at yaks. ~130k/hour.
Alternatively, if you want to spend 38M and get it within 4 days of reaching level 85, try chinning with sc helms. ~620k/hour.
