So, unless I missed an update, Diango now has a redeem code option on him. When asked about that, he says that he hasn't even had the items in.

I'm calling that they're releasing certain items by code at the Runefest or whatever. Whatcha think?

I think its a nice idea. Its obviously not tradeable as diango has it, its not going to have any stats. Why not?

It will be intersting to see what items Jagex makes redeemable with the code.

If it is a RuneFest related item and you get the code there, I don't really think that's fair because 1. Most people can't just ditch school or work to fly, drive, kayak (Google maps ) to get there and 2. There's alcohol at pheir event so they won't let people younger than 18 (I think) into RFest

I agree. No matter how much I'd like to, I just don't have the time or money to fly across the atlantic to go to a IRL event. If it was in the US I could probably go, but yeah.

Also, do I need to buy a ticket to fly there, show up, or even do anything aside from buying an entrance ticket? If just entrance, I might can get one

The 75 pounds is just the entrance fee. So it's over 100 USD for a flag....

Somebody report Jagex for RWTing

Another rubbish update because of Mod MMG. The sooner he leaves the better.

yup it is  RWT but its ok when the controllers collect the real world loot -
and hey they dont have to kill anything to get the gold to drop

the flag to show you got a ticket -

im not too impressed,But i know there are ppl that are impressed by items and this will be popular for a bit.
then will fade as every other fad item has - - - -
only to be upstaged by another item deemed worthy by the fad chasers trying to impress one another.

fashion -
has always been a source of amusement for me.
diango has my pile of useless items.
like the other holiday/event items this too will just be a waste of space in our limited bank.

*perhaps Fortunato will open a storage rental service for the realm?
then ppl can whine about that :)
