I am saving commendation points for void armor. I was wondering if it is worth getting?

Generally, i'd say yes, but it depends what you're planning to use it for.

Personally I would say only range is if you're safespotting and not on a slayer task

It's not that effective when your combat stats are less than 70, but once you are near the higher end of your combat stats it starts doing amazing damage.

What i like about void armor is that it doesn't have any negative bonus. I think it could come in handy in situation where you have to use all three attack styles. What would be the fastest way to earn commendation points so i could obtain it?

Conquest is amazing for points. Fiddle around with that and find a setup that works.

Void Ranged + Dbow + 80+ Ranged = Ftw.

Teh fastest way to do it would be to either:  go in the novice lander, go in the veteran lander (you need a combat level of 100) or play conquest.

They are all fairly fast, so long as you enjoy doing it.  Conquest isn't that fast for points, as commendations gained are proportional to time spent.  Try each activity-I'd suggest a mix to get that many commendations.

I really like void armour.  It looks stylish, deals good damage, and has bonuses that make it useful for all-round combat situations-quesing, for example.  I'd highly recommend getting four non-helm peices, as the ability to mix and match will be...useful.

There maybe some positions sure you need black dhide for its mage def.

No. Although Void armor is very useful in certain situations, other Magic and Ranged armor is superior in other situations. You should keep both sets of armor.

It doesn't seem like you know what the full effect of Void armor is in the first place, check out this article from the RuneScape KB. It details Void Knight Armor and all of its effects near the bottom.

You could use sacred clay armour, and transform between the styles.

Only one that comes to mind.

With Void armor you can switch between all three styles by just switching helmets.

There are also lots of pieces of armor that can let you easily use two or more styles at once. I think it's called bridding? I don't know much about it, but I think the PvP community here does.

Yeah when PKing with two styles, typically mage/melee, it's bridding.

Pretty sure you can brid with void, just by switching helmets.
