Item-Specific Info: You can use them to make sapphire rings, amulets and necklaces. You can make a sapphire lantern by using a cut sapphire with a bullseye lantern.

Where to Obtain: You can buy or steal them from the gems shops in Al Kharid and Ardougne with level 75 thieving and make one by cutting an uncut sapphire at level 20 crafting. You can mine them from the gem rocks in Shilo Village and telegrab them from an island off Rellekka. A cut sapphire respawns at the level 40 wilderness, guarded by level 27 giant spiders. Various monsters drop them, including barbarians (level 10 and 17) and hill giants (level 28).
