Where to Obtain: Can be bought in some gnome stronghold food shops.
Respawns in Rellekka near the Rock Crabs, behind Bob's Axe store in Lumbridge, upstairs in the Varrock General Store, in the Lumbridge Castle cellar, or in the house just south of the Seer's Village Pub.
Search the sacks right outside of the Wilderness Mage Arena.
