Well This is Strange...

So from a purely agnostic standpoint, if most atheists believe that this is the only life that we have, why do many of them spend so much time sitting at home on their computers trolling Christian forums and starting flame wars on every Youtube video even if it has absolutely nothing to do with religion at all?   The world may never know. Seriously, there's a TWO SECOND clip from the movie Anchorman where Ron Burgundy says "It's Science" and that's the whole video, and people go crazy on it.   Anyone who gets into a religious debate over something like that no matter what side they're on is an idiot.

Welcome Back Mutt!

Me and Fini bet on how long it would take for you to come back. He said 12 hours, I said 24. Since I just saw one of your posts, I was closer and declare myself winner.   Welcome back buddy!

Webster Hall Show

That was unfreaking real. First time playing at an actual venue where big bands have played before. It's so strange cause it's a small nightclub venue, but not even 6 months ago I saw a few of my favorite bands on that stage. Even Green Day played there last year. That show probably sold out in seconds cause it only fits a few hundred people and the green room is the size of a closet.   Anyway, this was so fun and I really hope this becomes a part of my band's normal everyday life.

We're Going To Make Em Choke...

So today my math teacher saw me struggling on a problem. This is the same teacher that sent me to summer school last year. Anyway, instead of helping me, she told me that I should've payed more attention before she sends me to summer school again, and that this year she won't be so sympathetic.   Well guess what? I did the homework, and I understand it now.   BUT! That's my tragedy. No matter how high of grades I get, the teachers that don't believe in us still look down at us.   Now come on. No matter how many tests or quizzes I ace, it's still not enough. I still feel like the little man. The loser. They told us me a hundred times, the smart asses in high school, the high ups. The well-born. The people who's respect many of us really wanted. Really craved.   And isn't that why we work so hard now, why we fight for every inch? Scrambling our way up in undignified fashion. If we're honest for a minute, if we reflect privately, just for a moment, if we allow ourselves a glimpse into that shadowy place we call our soul, isn't that why we're here in school? Now?   Looking for a way back into the sun. Into the limelight. Back onto the winner's podium. Because we can feel it slipping away. I was headed, for the dirt. The place the snobs always told us that we'd end up. Face in the dust, humiliated all the more for having tried. So pitifully hard.   Well, I say to hell with that! I'm not going to let that happen. I'm going to show them, and I'm going to make 'em choke on my continued success. My continued quizzes, my continued tests, and actual knowledge!!   I AM gonna make those mother fudgeers choke!

We Gotta Make A Change

It's time for us as a forum to start making some changes. Let's change the way we eat, let's change the way we live, and let's change the way we treat each other. You see the old way wasn't working so it's on us to do what we gotta do, to survive.   "I see no changes, all I see is racist faces, misplaced hate makes disgrace to races. We under, I wonder what it takes to make this, one better place let's erase the wasted. Take the evil out the people they'll be acting right."

Watermelon Tanning in my house

I walked into the front hall this morning and found this:   Also I don't care if people I know in real life find me on this site because if they tell people they'll have to admit that they were on it too and we're just in an awkward deadlock.

Vote Third Party

As great as it would be to have a radical overthrow of the bipartisan Republican/Democrat system (lol), if you keep making the mistake of voting between two ineffective candidates, election after election, the result will be the same so don't complain when your bipartisan candidate didn't win. This race could not have had a winner because they are both destructive in a significant way.   Voting between the lesser of two evils is not the way we should go about voting. Encourage 3rd party voting for the next four years because you have more than two choices. Better choices that should not be ignored. The first step to fixing this country is considering all the options and not just the options that are most likely to win. I want voting for the third party to not be a throwaway vote the next election.
