I've just sat through Terminator: what a waste of a Friday night. Every thing was just cliched, there was no plot and the sound was messed up. Why is there nothing more sophisticated than Transformers coming out this summer, it's bloody useless... To make it even worse I saw a guy a new who I managed to avoid sitting next to, but as a result I was cramped next to this massive guy who had three pots of B&J ice cream, a hot dog, nachos and a large coke.
Seriously, this has been a pathetic little thing because I'm tired and wanting to go to bed, but just don't see the film....
In England we usually go through a period of about two weeks where it is vaguely sunny, this is generally when everybody is doing exams and revising, and we've had the hottest weekend of the year this weekend, not a cloud in the sky. (For the non-Brits out there, imagine a normal day, and then minus 10℃ or so.) Surprising, really. As it's a bank holiday we would normally have the frantic seeking of rain coats, but no, I was at the local park, along with around 500 other people all enjoying Ice Creams and listening to the band playing :-) So, having only ironed jeans expecting a total downpour (as is the custom in May and all BHs) I was little but taken aback by the glorious sun shine. Last night we had a impromptu barbie, and I got some nice shorts and sunglasses out, expecting a fabulous day today (undoubtedly mowing the lawn or other such tedious tasks) yet this morning I wake up to find a dull, overcast day. The Met issued a severe weather warning, and although this is to be the norm, I felt thoroughly annoyed. I have thus decided to move to America, I was thinking the North East, hot in the summer, snows in the winter right?
Sorry for boring with my little rant, enjoy the remainder of your Monday :-)
Well I forgot to take my camera , so had to make do with my phone, some of my shots :)
