Having fourth of July party at my house for neighbors, my parents want the party to be outside, in 100 degree+ weather, I tried persuading them to move the party inside but my parents kept being irrational and my mom said that she wants to "enjoy her backyard."
Are my parents really that ignorant?
Lets not forget to mention the 4+ hours of 100 degree weather yard work. and cleaning up rooms that no one will be in.
Btw, my mom has gone to the same food store 4 times in the past 3 days, it just doesn't make sense, especially the part where I had to go every time.
I don't know why but lately I have been unwilling to do chores and other tasks that I usually do right when they ask me to do them.
Maybe it's because I have been going through this rebellious phase with my parents, everything want to do I want do the opposite, I guess that is just part of being a teenager.
Thinking what week I will watch the entire star wars saga this summer. I always watch them in the summer, it's my favorite movie series.
1/2 an hour until people get here for the party, still got stuff do to, oh well.
Well you get the idea.
Lately My mom has had to me go to church with her to help with things (she works in the church office).
I have shredded countless papers and I was so bored. I got home, went in the pool for a quick dip and played halo 3 until I had to eat dinner. After that my friends and I just messed around on halo 3.
Wanted to write in my blog so I did.
I'm thinking if I should keep this a whenever I feel like posting blog, or should I make it a daily blog?
Edit: I forgot to say that my final report card came in the mail, I got A's in 3/4 classes and one B in English but that was expected. My beloved mother congratulated me and as always asked me if I was proud of myself, I said yes, like I do every time.
I am so glad it's finally here.
I haven't really been doing much over the past two days.
Yesterday I went to my friends birthday, she went to Dave and Busters and we totally pissed some people off.
One of my other friends, with all the tickets she got there redeemed them for a remote control "stunt granny".
It was the most entertaining thing That I have seen in a while.
Today I have just been playing some halo 3 and some Call of Duty Waw on XBOX Live.
Gonna go eat something right now, didn't eat breakfast and my mom is scolding me about it, "Patrick you need to eat something!"
Might just skip breakfast and have a frozen chicken pot pie, those things are great, pop them in the microwave for 5 minutes and let it cool for six and you have a personal sized chicken pot pie, freakin' amazing!
Feels like I haven't posted in my blog for a while, oh wait a minute I haven't.
Anyway back to Vacation Bible School, every year my church has this one week camp that teaches all about God and making good decisions. I'm too old now to actually participate so my mom makes me be a teacher's assistant (my mom actually works at the church so I have to do all kinds of crap there). I have been helping the first grade class and so far I have noticed some of these kids are pretty bad-ass. One instance was when the teacher was trying to teach the kids that God could protect them no matter what, so she asks the kids what could protect you if you were cold. Some of the usual answers came up like, a blanket, robe, house, then this kid casually said, "animal skin", I was like dang that kid is bad-ass. So far nothing has really happened, just ate McDonald's and writing this blog entry made me remember that I have to put my rubber bands on my braces. Gonna go play some Halo 3 with my friends and anticipate the release of Halo 3:ODST this September. That's pretty much it for now, except for the part where I order you to go look at Fruityfed's blog.
Just bought map pack number 2 today for WaW. The first thing I did was checked out the new Nazi Zombies map and I have to say it was massive. Only got to wave 11 but I found out a lot about the map. I played sub-pen and Corrosion in the map-pack playlist and they were pretty good, haven't played the last one but I want to. That's pretty much all I have done today except for eating, which has been minimal, which reminds me that I am hungry. Thanks Sal's, now I am gaining weight because of you. Oh well It's the summer.
Daniel (or Fruityfed here on Sal's), DJ, and Max all came over my house yesterday after I saw them at the library by coincidence. We had fun playing Nazi Zombies and messing around on my computer (no, we were not looking at porn to post on runecake). Well that's all I have to say so I'll see you guys around on the forums.
Have to go to dinner over at someones house that I don't like, trying to make the best of it, oh wait I forgot life isn't a movie so I can't do that.
We're also going to fireworks with these people, It's July 3rd.
Oh well at least I will be with friends tomorrow on the real day for fireworks.
Btw runecake is back up and with now "enhanced security measures. Take a look.
Have been doing nothing for the past few days, just XBOX and food. Can't forget the occasional swim however.
My Dad got back from the indy 500 yesterday, It was good to finally see him and my mom doesn't have to worry anymore that something will happen while he is away. We got McDonald's, which I haven't had in the longest time, oh that quarter pounder tasted so good. Had some frozen chocolate waffle shizzle this morning, I had to make it on my own, didn't taste as good as when my mom makes them as the toaster oven hates me but they still tasted pretty decent. Probably gonna go downstairs and get a coke then come back up to play some CoD 4. If anyone wants to add me on XBL just send me a friend request, my gamertag is Dendor Vos.
Today was the last day of school, one word, Awesome.
Most of the day we signed yearbooks and the rest of the day we watched this movie called The Outsiders which was based on a book the non advanced English class was reading. What was so great about the day was that you could do basically anything you want.
One group of teachers had a bunch of donuts and stuff in their room so me and my homeboy Daniel stole some donuts and messed up some pictures that people were taking.
Daniel also tried to have a Pants Cam like that guy did in some Gross Gore video (don't feel like finding the link) but it didn't work out.
My yearbook is now full of crap that people have been writing, now I have to read it all, well maybe after I play some Call Of Duty WaW.
