Is this place still breathing? I'm hardcore procrastinating on studying for my numerical methods exam and I remembered y'all. Kinda nuts thinking I joined this forum when I was like, 12, and now I'm a sophomore in college. All you really need to know about me currently is that I'm a pretty typical partying college kid and mechanical engineering violates me on the daily but I manage. OH and I played a month of old school runescape recently, that was hella lit.
also where my south carolina bros at? Go Tigers??
i actually remembered my password lol
I'm an engineering student now guys whats up. I'm also no longer a minecraft playing virgin, it only cost me being somewhat emotionally abused and also becoming a league of legends player but i mean #worth
I've missed u guys tell me about your days, also is the salscraft crew still here? tubby zooey guitarguy inquis wya dudes
Haven't seen my slammers in a while, how y'all doin? Life's been pretty aight for me, school year has been easy (Junior year is gonna murder me though lol), asked out a girl, and planning on swimming an ass load this summer to get somewhat swole. Otherwise i'm just shooting the breeze yaknow
Here's a cool looking game in alpha that I found on PCGamer. I may try and set up a small server for us slammers when it comes out if I get it. Seems really interesting, and if its anything like Minecraft its probably fun. :P
What's this new Runescape 3 update I keep hearing about? I saw an article on PC Gamer the other day and it caught me off guard that Runescape is getting another big update. I haven't played in ~3 years so I'm sorta out of the loop. :P
It's been about 2 weeks since my surgery and I'm already able to shower by myself, get up, sit down, and walk up stairs easily. Looks like I'm on my way to a speedy recovery! :D
I decided to adopt the nickname "Man of Steel" since I have 2 steel bars inside my chest, I think my friends will like it.
I'm not really active around here too much, I think real life is catching up to me. My free time is either spent playing Steam games or generally being exhausted. Ever since I've developed my pectus excavatum (which my surgery for is in 2 weeks. Funnnn >.>) I've had noticeably less and less energy, so much so I actually had to quit swimming, because I don't have the lung capacity for it. My X-Rays have also shown that I have mild kyphosis and scoliosis, which doesn't really help either. I've also been doing physical therapy every day for the past 6 months, which can get pretty difficult.
On the upside however, after my surgery my doctor says I will have more energy than ever, hopefully enough to pick up swimming again. My social life has also picked up tremendously, and I look forward to actually doing things with friends after school and on the weekend once I have the energy for it. Overall, I have a pretty happy outlook on life right now, even though it can be hard sometimes.
So on my way home from my Washington DC vacation I stopped at a Panera for some diabeetus inducing cinnamon rolls. Not 1 minute after I sit down to eat my roll, I smell cigarette smoke. Keep in mind that this place had a NO SMOKING SIGN plastered right on the damn door. Of course this weirdo walks in with his cigarette in his mouth, and stunk the place up faster than you can say lung cancer. My jacket ended up smelling of that shizzle and I had to take it off, which wasn't fun when its 40 degrees out. It pisses me off that people can't take their damn cancer-on-a-stick and bring it somewhere they are 1. ACTUALLY ALLOWED TO SMOKE IT and 2. Won't bother other people. It's like nobody has an decency around here. <_<
EDIT: To clarify, I just really need to know if I need to uninstall the old ones or not. I should have said that earlier I suppose.
So I've become more of PC gamer lately and decided that I should probably update my graphic drivers because, well, I haven't. :P Only problem is I don't know how, would anyone happen to know how to update AMD graphics drivers? (I'm guessing it's the same with Nvidia)
