Men and women of Sal's (preferably women) I need your help

My best friend's birthday isn't too far and we'll be spending vacations together to celebrate. She's sweetheart of a person who has had a lot of awful luck in her life, always being unlucky with all kinds of problems and rarely ever has any any luck with her relationships. She became a bit of a loner because of this. For once I'd like her to get pampered and receive some of the attention and care I know she deserves, and as her best friend I decided it should be me doing something special for her. Basically I'm creating some sort of birthday package, which I'm almost done with. The last thing I'd like to add to it is something else neat and shiny, something more feminine to put it that way, to counterbalance the other nerdy things. And I thought about getting her a good and pretty watch. Honestly I'm awful with gifts for females, I never know what to buy. I think a watch is actually pretty cool though, and something she'd enjoy. I have awful taste though lol. I checked a couple on Ebay to have an idea of what I could buy, and I have my favourites, but I'd like to ask for the opinion of the females of Sal's (do we even have any left??) and the males who are in relationships and know their girlfriend's/wife's tastes and can give me a valuable insight on what females like in a watch. I've been checking this store - http://www.ebay.com/usr/watchstore2 So if you want to help give it a good look and pick your favourites, any advice is considered immensely valuable. You'll notice most if not all are in promotion, and something below 100€ (promotion, because the "real" prices of most amount to 200/300/400+) amount to would be the ideal. And no I'm not being cheap, the other parts of her present already amount to a considerable value. It doesn't even have to be the actual watch you pick, just pointing out one with a style you think a woman would like is already valuable help to me. Thanks in advance.   And no she's not my girlfriend and I don't like her that way. She's like a sister and I consider her family, and she feels the same way about me. So please nothing with a shizzleload of hearts and stuff like that. :P   I'm out of ideas where to ask for help because I can't use Facebook, or she'll find out about what I'm planning for her present in a heartbeat lol. She's far from stupid.

Digimon MMO

Any Digimon fans here (that 90s cartoons that rivaled with Pokémon, except more awesome) who'd be interested in a Digimon MMO? A couple friends of mine are running a guild and we're doing some heavy recruiting this Christmas, including a tutor system to teach new players everything they need to know about how to play the game. Addiction is not required, you can be a casual player who visits once in a while only if you wish. We're just trying to make the community of the game grow, because it has such awesome potential and unlike Pokémon who has hundreds of succesful games this one is one of the few Digimon games with potential to last and be enjoyable. In short a group of people are trying to create a community for a game of a cartoon/anime series they grew up with and has lots of nostalgia value for them.   Let me know here if there's anyone interested in giving it a try and I'll personally teach you everything you need to know as well as provide you with the means to have an enjoyable start without having to go through the initial painful grind before the game becomes fun.

Question about Word and letters

Need an answer to this asap!!   Basically I need a letter delivered, kinda important so I need to make sure everything is up to high standard. So basically what's the ideal font, letter size, spacing and all that yadda yadda from people who are used to having to deliver letters, essays etc whatever.   Honestly I don't know what the default setting of Word are, but mine are awful.   I'm googling this as I'm typing this entry, but I figured it'd be worth asking here first.

UK part 2

6th (after work) or 7th November (in the morning) is the day I'll invade. Invasion is 100% guaranteed at this point. :glasses: Staying for 5 days with maybe 4 extra if things go super well. Will be poor by the end of the trip (rip). Let's hope it ends up being worth it. :P

If you are from the UK read this pls

Hi all, how've you been doing? Going to be direct and straight to the point: I will have two weeks of vacation sometime in November (what a great month for vacations...), and while it's far too soon to say if it'll be possible (I'd say the chances are about 70% no and 30% yes) I was thinking about travelling to the UK. It's basically just a crazy idea at this point, the time I'd stay is not set, I have no clue how much money I'd need, if I'd travel alone or accompanied by my brother and/or friends alternatively or just plain alone (call me a coward but travelling alone to a different country terrifies me lol). So a lot of incognites as you can guess.   My question is, if it were to happen it'd suck to miss the opportunity to meet up with Sal's friends. Communication would be horrible sure, as I've never had to use English my entire life. I have no clue if I'd be able to understand any of you (ayy lmao) or if I could make myself understandable. :P So how many if any of you would be interested in meeting up even if only for a couple hours to have a drink or something, maybe show me some places around and make me feel less alone if I end up travelling alone? :P   Another question is about distances. Say if I were to go to London (which seems like the obvious destination) how difficult would be travelling to say Wales, or Northhamptonshire (hope I spelt this right)? Would a clueless tourist be able to manage or I'd need like a guide or something? I have childhood friends living in England, one in London and another in North[insert-rest-here], but they'll probably be busy with work most of the time and won't be able to chill around much during the week. Anyway at this point it's just an idea basically, far from becoming reality. Just thought it'd be nice to have an idea of what to expect.
