Generational Gaps

Well quite recently me and my dad have been arguing about homosexual people, mainly in the Boy Scouts. He mentioned that he's glad that gay's aren't allowed in scouting and I asked him why. Of course at this he got very mad and just kinda ended the subject. I know that no matter what I say he won't change his views the slightest so I'm kinda stuck. Whatcha'll think?

Truman Show

To those of you that do not know, Network is a 1976 film about a news anchorman gone crazy. This film is amazing. I really enjoyed it for its look at us American's and our televisions that we love so much. The film shows the dark side to corporate America and so much more. The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo

Amazing how the last 2 minutes of a film can really save it. The Girl with The Dragon Tattoo started out really slow but definitely picked up towards the middle. As stated above, the ending really saved it; I absolutely adore the character of Lisbeth. Overall, I did enjoy this film.

Halo 4 (Follow Up)

So after a long weekend of soul searching I have decided that I'm not going to judge Halo 4 until I play it. I'm going to put faith into 343 and trust their ability to make a good game. Halo 4

So why is Halo turning into Call of Duty? Why is every FPS turning into Call of Duty? Sigh... the upcoming BF3 expansions better be good...   The gaming market seriously needs more games like Dark Souls; games that aren't afraid to annihilate you, games that make you think, games that actually have quality to them. Call of Duty's success seriously made something go wrong in video gaming, everything's just getting too dumbed down. It's really starting to piss me off.
