Forum "slang" is beneficial to all. When you think about it, substituting y for why, u for you, etc. is not being lazy. It's displaying concern for the environment!!!! :D

You see, every time you spell out the word why you waste two characters and since each character takes up about a byte, you are wasting hard disk space. In no time at all, people have to start buying extra hard disks to store these superfluous characters. Manufacturers then have to increase production of these hard drives to meet demand which pollutes the environment. :D Not to mention the electricity that is wasted in powering these hard drives. I estimate many cute animals are killed every day because of our antiquated language.
As you can see, forum slang is not something to be despised, but a noble calling that all must answer to.

This brilliant show from the 60's only lasted one season, but that didn't stop me from buying both sets of DVDs. :D I really enjoy the cheesy plots and the fact that their computers can do basically anything.
Here's an example of some of the dialogue.
Random astronomer in a rundown mining town: The Nichols Radiometer. There aren't a half dozen of them in existence.

Oh and that is hummingbird to the right of the eagle. It is going to drink the sweet sweet (dulce) nectar of the singing American daisies (margaritas).

Well we went to Karate Kid, but she brought another dude along. We'll just call him Daniel and he's a huge jerk. The entire car ride was awkward as my dad tried to make conversation with him. And Charlene was holding his hand!!! :) Still, I think I can manage to show her what an idiot he is. I'm going to talk to her on aim again later tonight.
I'm thinking of making her a mix CD, I saw it on a movie with called Michael Cera's Infinite Playlist or something and that seemed to work out well. She has really great indie style, she's so beautiful and kind. :) I've been reading guides online about how to ask out a girl and it says I should use a wingman?? I don't have any wingmen, so maybe one of you guys could be one and add her on aim or something. :)
