Hello

I'm making another blog entry. This will not be the start of another failed daily blog. It's just a simple update.   I've been working a bunch. Got over 500 bucks saved and I may be able to buy a good laptop in the near future. I've also had football. This week we have 4 hour practices...I'm gonna be worn out.   That's it. I don't post much because this forum seems to be filled with new people who love making fad threads...   I've also updated my good/amazing/good people list. If you think you're worthy, post.

So, I've been posting a slight bit more around here. Not too much, though. My digital shop is looking pretty good for two days. If you ever want to order something, feel free.   Other than Sal's, I've been on xbox playing Lego Star Wars: TCS, which is quite fun. I plan on beating the game by the weekend. And speaking of games, I'm getting The Orange Box tonight. So, tomorrow morning, I'll be playing that. If you wanna play Team Fortress 2 with me, tell me.   Oh, and on to real life. I'm gonna tell you all about me...watching a new TV show called Merlin. It's quite interesting. It tells stories of how Merlin arrives at Camelot, meets Arthur, and his adventures. It's also slightly funny, which I do enjoy. "Next Sunday at 8/7c on NBC!" Whoops sorry for the ad.   I'm off to my bro's baseball game and the store for The Orange Box. I'll blog soon.

Once again, not much went on today. Pretty boring, actually. I did some video games, and some Sal's, and some stuff on Photoshop. Which, by the way, I've opened a shop in the Digital Shops and Requests Forum, and you should check it out. I'm getting better at signatures, so they'll be decent.   Oh, and I'm jealous of my sister. She's talking to the CEO and President of LEGO tonight. Personal interview kind of thing.   EDIT: Also, I'd like to know how many oldies there are still here on Sal's. It seems like there's only under 50 or so. Too many new guys...

I haven't decided to blog recently because nothing has been going on. However, I'll update you on what I've been doing.   I volunteered at my school's youth football camp this week. It was a lot of fun and I learned how to teach better. After the camp was over on Thursday, the group of us went to Golden Coral for lunch. And, even with the big linemen there, I ate the most out of anyone. Everyone was amazed. I felt happy.   So, other than the youth camp, I've been working and making money. I got another paycheck today for under a hundred bucks. I'm pretty happy.   That's it. This was a shorter entry. I'll have a few adventures sometime this week (hopefully).

I told you that I would blog today. So here I am.   Today was a pretty good day. I woke up early to go volunteer a a youth football camp my school is hosting. 5 other players helped volunteer with me as well as the head coaches. I was the receiver coach, which was fun. There were four kids in my group. Now, compared to last year, this is a tiny group. But it was still fun. I taught how to catch, starting stance, and a few routes. They were all pretty good, so the basics weren't that hard to teach. Then, we moved to defensive groups, and I was joined by the quarterback coach. We did a few drills and were done. The camp was easy to do and teach, but now I have to think of what to teach tomorrow.   Anyway, after I did the camp, I went to Sonic with a friend for lunch. Yummy. I went home after eating and drinking my Green Apple Dr Pepper. I showered and played video games for a while. Always fun stuff. And on that topic...I can't wait for Halo 3: ODST. It looks really fun. I'm gonna pre-order it on Amazon soon.   So, that's it for today. Tomorrow I volunteer again and go to work from 1-5. I'm gonna be gone all day. And until later...

June 14th, 2009

Yep, once again, I failed to blog everyday since my last entry. I've been far too lazy/busy to post anything up about what's been going on. But, no real adventures for me recently.   I arrived back home from Destin on Wednesday afternoon, and I've been doing almost nothing since. I took the ACT yesterday and it wasn't too hard.   So, I'm going to summarize my trip. I arrived there. I did stuff. Well, ok. Of course I did things. I tried very hard to stay away from the sun/heat. I did pretty good. Some activities that I did there were: parasailing, Go-Karting, water-park(ing?), and studying. I also went snorkeling and saw dolphins. The beach itself was ok, but very hot. In fact, it was so hot that when my dad and I went for a walk, we stop and stood in some sprinklers for about 3 minutes...just to cool off. And easily, my favourite part of the trip was parasailing. It may not sound fun, but once you get into the air and realize how quiet and peaceful it is, the event is breathtaking. When I went up, I saw so much of the beach and other boats and stuff. Very fun. I saw some neat stuff while snorkeling, but nothing too amazing. Seeing some dolphins was fun too, because they decided to follow to boat for about 5 minutes. They are very very cool. The water park was exciting. I liked how it was contained and you didn't have to walk very far to reach each ride.   So, yes, I hope that was a quicker summary than usual (considering if I really did summarize this entry would be about 12 paragraphs long).   So, now I'm off to browse the web and photoshop a signature for myself. I'll post something tomorrow. I've got something to write about...

So, not much going on right now. I'm on another family vacation. We're in Destin, so yea, try to find me. I dare yeh.   Like I said, there hasn't been much activity going on with me recently. I went to the party I talked about in my last blog entry. I was pretty fun. Burgers and throwing the football. Not too bad. There were about fifteen people there, but they were mostly all band kids.   Apart from the party, my life since then has not been exciting. (Have I said this already?) Anyway, I have been doing something. I started working a summer job on Tuesday. It was the second part of my training. Then, I worked on Thursday from 10-3. It was actually kinda fun. Oh, but I never told you where I work, did I? I work at a school uniform store. We sell the right clothes for the students, size them, and play cards in back room. I really like working there. Easy work, for a decent pay.   I don't think Ive been doing anything else, so I'll update you on what's happening throughout my trip to this beach. So far, all I've done is sit on the beach and play some shuffleboard. Shuffleboard was more fun. And I also did some practice work for the ACT, which I'm taking in the near future.   Oh, and I just saw Arkansas beat Florida St. to go back to Omaha for the College World Series. Very nice finish.   But that's it from me. I'll be sitting here at the beach doing stuff until Tuesday. G'bye.

May 31, 2009

Ok, I haven't blogged in two days due to the fact that I was off at a family reunion. We went to Mammoth Cave. It's the largest cave system in the world. Of course, when going there, my whole family thought it would be great to make mammoth jokes the whole time. Real funny.   Anyway, we drove there on Friday, and arrived in the evening. We had some dinner, found where we were staying, and then went hiking. Oh yes, we stayed in some cottages/cabins. Ours had 4 rooms in it for all of the young y chromosome carriers. Not too bad, because there were only eight of us. So, after dinner and putting our stuff in the rooms, we decided what to do. The boys (at this time there were only six of us) agreed upon taking a small hike on a trail. It wasn't too exciting, thought I guess that's the way it's supposed to be. After the hike, we come back to the cabin, and we hear a small "beep... beep" going off about every thirty seconds. After searching for the noise, we look up. There it is...a fire detector. Great, it's fifteen feet off the ground, and we can't reach it. However, it is close enough to the wall for me to climb up the wall, and reach for it. I touch the whole thing, and it falls. And then, it catches itself on some wires coming from the ceiling. Cool, now I can see into it and try to change the battery. Well, in the meantime, almost all of the 20 relatives have come into the room to watch me. I'm trying to relay information to my dad and have him tell me what to do. (Or in this case, find where the battery is.) Eventually, my cousin comes up on the wall with me, and we figure some things out. we find where the battery is, but our aunt doesn't want us to kill ourselves via electricity. So, we try to call maintenance. There's no reception in the middle-of-nowhere-Mammoth-Cave-place. So, a few boys run over to the main hotel area and tell the hotel desk we have a problem. They say maintenance is gone. Great, so we had to deal with a "beep...beep" all night. But I eventually feel asleep.   So, on to Saturday morning. (This is gonna be a long blog entry.) I wake up on Saturday at about 8:30 or 9. We're supposed to be done eating by 10 in order to be ready for a cave tour at 10:30. (I mean, what's the point in going to a cave if you don't go on the tour, eh?) So, getting ready, I head up to the restaurant at about 9:30. And my two older cousins and I are cutting it close. We order our food, wait, eat, and leave. So, we meet the other 17 members of our family at the waiting area for the tour. Then, the guide comes out and tells us a few things. We begin to walk...and walk...and walk. Ok, not that much walking. We headed down a path to the cave entrance. We go down the stairs as a rush of cool, lush air hits you in the face. The water drips with a splash on the smooth rocks. Your footsteps echo across the walls. (/poetry) Anyway, we go through the cave, seeing some really great stuff. The stuff that millions of years and water can do is truly astonishing. After the tour, the whole family had lunch and then had a giant kickball game. It's really sad though. My family isn't athletic. There's really only me, my brother, the oldest cousin, and the three uncles. Aside from that, the kickball game was really a joke. As for myself, I made some diving catches that got a few "oohs and ahhs." And they always ask me: "Does it hurt when you do that?" And normally, the answer is "No." But thinking to myself, I think that it pretty much hurts if you miss it. So, the kickball game ended two hours later. The group departed and went their separate ways until dinner. As for myself, I wandered around, tried to sleep, and found wifi. But before I found the wifi, I wandered around. While doing this, four of us found a squirrel. It was normal, because a whole bunch of them were around the area, and were seen wandering the paths quite often. Anyway, we tried to corner it. As I'm sneaking around, it stands up on it's hind legs and stares at my little cousin. And from its mouth comes "Hist!" And that's when we left it alone. No rabies for us, thank you. So, I browsed the internet for a while, after the squirrel incident. I had to think of how to present the topic of "fun." Now, this is much harder than you think. Then, after and hour of thinking and procrastinating, it comes to me...just as dinner starts. So, I type up some notes on my iPod Touch on what I'm going to say. In general, my idea was this: "Fun is not a one man activity. It is and interaction between beings in which emotions are traded." So, after dinner, the whole family presented their topics. Other presentations were such: balloon animals, Family Feud, speeches, variations of Tic-Tac-Toe, how people are fun, etc. Anyway, my parents won the competition with 5 of 15 votes. I had none... So, after the presentations, we had some cake, and we went to bed.   Then, today, I woke up about 7:15 and took a shower. I got dressed, and head down to the hotel restaurant. I had some food and talked to my cousins and family. My family decided to go to church at 10:30 at a small church in a city we were passing through. The church was beautiful. Stain glass was in the windows, shrines were up front, the floor was a wonderful carpet. So, we awed at the church, and then hopped back into the car to come home. I thought, "Man, what a good weekend." as I came into the house. I went upstairs to type up my blog.   Now, all I have left to do is go to a party tonight. It should be fun. And until next time...

May 27, 2009

So, after two people saying that they'd like this back, I'd thought I'd give it a go.   So, school as let out last week. I as ecstatic. No more studying! I managed to finish with A's in all courses. My lowest exam grade was an 82 in JROTC. I really don't like testing over colonial government. However, the subject is very important for what is happening nowadays.   So, I'm out of school. Recently, I've been trying to get slightly more flexible. I'm running every morning (about a 3/2 miles) and then stretching afterward. I did it last winter, and I greatly improved. Also, I just need to get stronger.   So, today I woke up about 9. I then ate breakfast and went on my run. After the run, I played some video games, and then went to a friend's house. There we swam. Though, as fortune gazed upon us, it started to rain and thunder, so we got out of the pool. Then, we ate lunch and played some games. However, he had to get his back checked out and I had to come with him. So, while he got his back checked out I went to Dukin Donuts and ordered a mint chocolate shake, and read the newspaper. I proceeded to this little Indian market store. I just wandered around. The woman working there must have thought I was nuts. I only walked in and looked at food. (Heck, I had no idea what as in the store, that's why I walked in.) So, she then asks if I was looking for anything. So, lying, I say: "Nope, just looking for some vegetables that my mom would like." And she bought it. I then walked out of the store, buying nothing. After the Indian store, I went to a tea place. Now, I don't like tea, and the lady there had me sample some stuff. It was ok, but too much. I don't like tea. I wandered around in the store until my friend got out of his appointment. We then went back to his house, and my parents picked me up as they came home from working. I then had dinner.   So, I guess I got back into the writing style for blogs. Though this isn't a little sentence blog that some people write. And I'm not quite as good as Merch, or Slashing, or Neo yet. So, until then, or until I have more adventures, goodbye.

Keep Going?

Well, summer's here. I was wondering whether or not I should do a daily blog over the summer. What do you guys think? Heck, I'll make stories and whatnot.   Thanks for the input.

Name Change

So, I've still another few months before my next name change. I was thinking for a new name (I mean, why the blog entry then?)   So, after reading The Six Sacred Stones (which is an amazing book which everyone should read)...I thought of the name....   Thuthmosis! I think it's pretty cool. Bonus points to anyone who can decipher it. And the book is a good start.

April 12, 2009

Ok, some I haven't really felt like blogging because I was on Spring Break for the past week.   Overall, the break was good. I got to see old friends, spend some time with my family, and do some video games. All that's left is to go to bed and sleep until morning workouts for football... So, I'm not going to update everything that I've done. I'll just say that the break was great and that I'm tired right now.   Shortest daily blog entry ever.

April 8, 2009

Well, quite a while since I've blogged. I had been on a trip. I won't give you the exact details, except that I left Friday after school, and came back last night around 5. However, what happened in between was quite fun.   So, the ride on Friday was boring. Saturday morning's drive was also uneventful. We got to our destination in the afternoon. We met up with some old friends, and used them as a hotel for the remainder of the weekend. That night, my family, along with my friend whom we met up with, went to a party with some people from my dad's old office. We watched the two basketball games (Nova lost ), and my brother, friend, and I all played basketball against my dad and his two old friends. We ended up losing, but it was fun.   Sunday, we went to church, and then came back home. Later, we met up with some other friends for lunch and we then went to their house. It was pretty fun. We played some more basketball, and we also played some Halo 3. Everything was fun, and we had to leave, but it was good to see them again. Sunday night was also pretty uneventful. We just played the Wii and some Need for Speed: Most Wanted.   Monday was the best day by far. My friend had school because of earlier snow days, but we convinced his parents to let him skip for "Swamp Exploration." Which is exactly what happened. I used to live by a creek, which I loved. I would go down there everyday after school, but then I moved away. I was pretty sad. Well, Monday was the day to go explore the creek...after 3 years. I still knew my way around the area. So, we started at a certain point and kept walking. We reminisced about everything, and had some fun. Still walking, we found an old waterfall, as well as many other landmarks. We eventually reached a road we always had to cross. We went over and continued our journey. Over the road, we found a dam in the creek, so we spent 30 minutes unclogging the thing. My dad then called us (I brought my phone in case of anything), and told us to meet him at the road. We ran up and talked for a bit. We decided to keep walking down the creek. My dad was then going to pick up my friend's little brother. After he left, we finished (as best we could) to unclog the dam. After that we went searching for more dams. We found none, and kept walking. Our goal was to go farther than ever done. We did complete this goal, with a twist.   After wandering around for a while, my dad called me once again. He said he was on his way to drop of my friend's little brother at the road. Well, we were far from the road. Now, the idea was to find a second point where we could all meet up. We said we would keep going. Also, as a sidenote, my brother kept falling into the creek. My friend and I had out legs completely wet, but my brother was dripping. Anyways, we kept going. Eventually, the creek flattened out. It turned into a swamp. A legit one too. Not just water sitting on the ground like a massive puddle, but a swamp. The thing was huge. (Looking at the Google Maps later, the swamp was really big.) We ended up wadding through it, with me constantly trying not to get the phone wet. Then, we saw some power lines. I called my dad and told him we were going to some power lines. After the call, we eventually got to the other side of the swamp, and got on dry-ish land. Heading towards the power lines, we saw a brown smokestack thing, and told my dad about that. Finally reaching the power lines, stopped and looked around. We had to go left or right. Then, talking to my dad we saw the car. Of course, it was only a half mile away. So, we ran towards them, thinking we only had to run and then reach them. It turns out we weren't done with water yet. In front of us was a massive pool of water. It looked like a pond/swamp/creek that fed into the river beside us. Thinking of getting to the car, we crossed it. Except for the phone. My friend swam one handed across the water feeding into the river. It was deep. Probably about 8 feet. And cold. So, I jump in after him and get to the other side...30 feet away, which is a good little swim. I managed to get up, and my friend gives me the phone. My brother, on the other side, jumps in. He's not a great swimmer, and only gets across with my friend's help. Then, we all get up onto the bank and walk back to the car, dripping wet. Except there's another problem. The car is stuck in mud. We managed to get it out. We then strip down and get into the car. We get home and take showers. Quite the day.   Later that night, we watched the first half of the NCAA Championship game. I go to bed at halftime.   The next morning, we get up and drive all the way home. I listened to 9 hours of music. Not too bad weekend at all.   Man, my longest blog entry ever. Hope you enjoyed reading. Oh, and if you think the whole swamp adventure was terrible, I found it really fun.

March 31, 2009

Today was the last day of March. Oh well, another month comes and goes. It's how life is, right?   By this time, I would expect everyone to know exactly what I'm going to say. I would talk about football practice in the wee hours of the morning and school, and that I came home and did homework and video games. So, if you guessed that, then you are correct! That'll be the end of real life now.   I came on to Sal's...hang on, the USSR. I decided I would fight the power. If you will join, please aide us (right here) and destroy this terror! As Prime Minister of Britain, I would like to thank you for joining the effort.

March 29, 2009

Well, it seems as if I'm always busy on weekends and end up not writing or writing Sunday night, like I am now. So, here I go.   Friday morning football playing was great once again. I was quarterback for our team, and we did really well. I played nothing else. Hopefully, I'll still be able to play receiver during spring ball. >.< Other than that, Friday was a breeze with school. I rode the bus back home and played video games and watched the movie Multiplicity. It was really great.   Saturday was amazing. I woke up around 8. I had some breakfast and went to the school to help do some cleaning. It was mostly football guys there, so it was fun. I spent my time (like everyone else) picking up trash. Not too bad though. Then, we felled a dead tree, though it was only 20 ft high. We also cut down some vines and whatnought. We loaded those into the bed of a pick-up truck and we headed to the dump. Only three of us went to the dump. Me and two linemen. We got directions from my dad. Of course, we weren't paying attention, so we ended up missing the dump because we were occupied at looking at a truck that was riding on the railroad. The dump was on the left, and the truck was on the right. Boy, were we stupid. After finally finding the dump and getting rid of everything, we went back home. However, we decided to eat lunch together. So, we all went home and took showers and met up at my house. Then, we went off to get some wings. Me, my brother, the two linemen, and and one of their little brothers, came. The 5 of us downed 100 wings. And 2 baskets of fries. Boy, it was good. My day wrapped up after that by heading home and watching Villanova beat Pittsburgh! Woohoo!   Sunday (today) was good, too. I went to church and then went to get bagels with my family. That was good. I came home and did some homework. From then on, I played video games, and moseyed around. My dad made me go apply for a job, but someone was already applying, so I was off the hook. I came back home, and had dinner. Pancakes and sausage and eggs. Yummy!   Nos vemos.

March 26, 2009

Whoo! I'm on a roll. Three days in a row for the blog.   Today, I had morning workouts again. They were fine, except for the fact that my back gave out on a weak set of weight (155 pounds). So, that wasn't too great. Other than that, everything went perfectly well.   Off to class. I went through my day with no problems. And, if you'd like to know, here are my classes (in order): Pre-calculus Honors, JROTC, Chemistry I Honors, Spanish III Honors, English II Honors, Wind Orchestra, and World History Honors. Quite the day, eh? I'm really starting to like chemistry more and more, even though everyone else hates it and some of the math is really different. Nonetheless, I enjoy the class. Most of my other classes are boring (well, chemistry is too...) but I manage. Oh, my report card came. Straight up A's. Eat it Freewill. With a GPA of 4.243 Not bad at all.   I came home, did some MSN, and did homework. Then I played some Halo 3 and Halo Wars, which was fun. I went upstairs, and made myself dinner after this. I tell ya, a good piece of bread, three slices of ham, three slices of turkey, oregano, salt, and pepper really make the sandwich. Oh, and a glass of milk.   I'm now writing this entry, and then going to take a shower and get ready for workouts again tomorrow morning. Except for tomorrow morning, we're playing some more 5v5 in the gym. I can't wait...   Have a good night/day.

March 25, 2009

Well, another day, another day...   Today was more interesting than usual. Now, that does not mean this entry is going to be forever, but it will be descriptive...I hope.   So, I didn't have football workouts today, because Wednesdays are our days off. I woke up nice and late at 6:20. At least I got two more hours of sleep than usual. I had a wonderful breakfast of Frosted Flakes. Then, I took a shower and drove to school. I then took a Pre-cal test over sequences and series an the binomial theorem. It wasn't that bad. This easiest thing to do is just think, and you'll get the answer no problem.   Then, things got interesting. I went to JROTC class, and the whole staff then left on a field trip to Feed the Children. I don't know much about it, but you volunteer with packing food for those in need. As always, it's a moving experience. Our job was to unwrap plastic off of cans and move them to a wooden palate; stacked exactly the same way. So, pretty much, we were removing plastic. Of course, a few of us (which later turned into all of us) made the whole thing a competition. We ended up moving 50,000 cans in all. Pretty good for a group of 19 in about two hours.   We went back to school, and I had lunch (a Hershey's bar and a Powerade), and headed to English. Then to band and moving on to history. I had a test in history, and I thought I did pretty well. And, along with school, I know that I got straight A's for the third quarter. Not bad, eh?   That's it for now. And, by the way, do you like my daily (close to daily) blog I have?

March 24, 2009

Not much to say about today or yesterday, for that matter.   Yesterday was a school day, with football in the early morning. My dad is on a business trip, so I get the truck for two days, which was yesterday and today. Oh well. Sorry for all who wanted a drive with me.   Today, once again, I went to football practice. Some guy broke off his toenail because someone else dropped a forty pound weight on it. I imagine it must have hurt because the whole thing was bloodied, and cracked. He had it repaired today, so he should be fine soon.   Along with today, I had a Chemistry test over solutions and multiple formulas about them. I did ok. However, tomorrow I have a history test, as well as a Pre-cal test. Both will be pretty tough. So, I've got some homework to do, and, as always, I don't want to do it. Maybe I'll type up the story I'm writing...Ya, I'll do that. Anyone who wants to read it, post in this entry and PM me. I'll be doing that.   Goodbye for now.

March 22, 2009

Hey, look at me, I made a blog entry!!   I did more than a blog entry today. But to begin things off, we're now down to the Sweet Sixteen in the NCAA Tournament. There are going to be some really great games happening next weekend. I'll probably end up gluing my eyes to the TV. (Dang, the verb "glue" looks looks funny when adding "-ing." Oh well.) That'll be me next weekend.   As for today, I went to church at 8 AM. Everything was good there, and my family was there. So, after church we went to Panera Bread to get some food. My grandfather had some free coupons and stuff, so we used them to get food. Yum. Then after eating (and talking about open heart surgery) we left by trading my sister for my younger cousin for a few hours. He had a good time playing Halo with me and my brother. However, before we played, I had some homework to do, which is always terrible because it's a weekend. I mean, who really wants to do work on a weekend? After my cousin left, Freewill decided to come over and play some Halo Wars. I think he's addicted to the game. Any help for him would be nice.   So, Freewill and I played some Halo and Halo Wars. He managed to complete the 4th and 5th levels. I still have to do them. After a little while he had to go home, so I played some more Halo with some guys here at Sal's. I swear, it's the funniest thing to hear 5 or 6 of them yell and talk to each other. It's hilarious. Oh, and if I'm talking about Halo a bunch, I really didn't play it for that long today. I just used to word a bunch.   So, Freewill left, and I continued on in life. Meaning, I ate dinner and took a shower. That was my day. Now for some other news.   I joined a forum created by our own Don Florty. It's called Shining or Shyne. I keep getting confused. However, it's 3 days old and it's got some good activity already. I really want it to continue doing well. If you really want to join (whether for the clan or community part) just click on the link in Don Florty's signature.   Whew, my longest blog entry yet?

March 21

I'm really not doing a good job of a daily blog. Well, it's also hard to keep track of a whole day when you got to bed 30 minutes before midnight watching Siena Beat Ohio State!!! Wooo!!   So, last night I stayed up late and watched the NCAA Tournament. It was really good. Wake Forest went out ( ;) ) and they were a 4 seed. But that Siena game was utterly amazing. The way they keep playing was stunning. And that's what the tournament is about. These smaller teams getting a chance to play up and, if they can, win. Also, Dayton won over West Virginia. Family ties to Dayton, so that was good. Also, the Wisconsin game was really good.   Back to the Siena game. I've got to say that they showed great heart throughout the whole game. They never gave up, and they kept pounding away at Ohio State. And the way they flock to the ball is great. I've never seen a team play that well. I hope they'll do good tomorrow. In the meantime, I'll be watching the games for tonight. Oh, and by the way, Sports Illustrated got their Final Four wrong. Wake is out. ;)   Off to watch basketball/talk to people on MSN, and play xbox. Have fun everyone.

Dang, it's been a while. I've tried to make an effort for a blog entry every day, but it's kinda hard to do. I figure that going to bed at 8 is always tough. But hey, it's worth it when you wake up at 4:45 for football practice with a bunch of your friends.   Hmm, so what have I done? Well, I've been making really good grades. I made a 49/50 on my pre-cal quiz last Friday, so I'm happy about that. All my grades for last (3rd) quarter are really good. At least I think so. I haven't gotten the report card, but I know I'll do good.   Life's been treating me fine. Please don't assume that I'm dead. That'd be very bad. School is really good, and Spring Break is right around the corner. Also, my English class is having a mandatory writing time, so I get to have the chance to work on my story. Also publishing a poem in The Library here. Check it out if you'd like.   Oooo! March Madness baby! Memphis almost got beat! They ran away with it in the end. I always cheer for the underdog, just because I love to see upsets. So, tomorrow, I'm bringing my iPod Touch to school to keep track of the games. Then all this weekend is basketball. I can't wait. And for all of you who don't like it. Please don't post negative comments. At least give it a chance.   That's it from me. Hmm, maybe next year Sal's should have a pool for brackets. I'd be willing to set one up if there isn't already one.   I'll be updating this, don't worry. I'll have a few things to say about the games.

Yes, I'm still trying to make this a daily blog. Yesterday, I just didn't get to write up anything late at night due to the reason that I watching matching a movie. I watched The Fugitive with the rest of my family. It was unbelievably good. Hmm, and yesterday...what did I do? Well, frankly, I have no clue. Oh ya! Yesterday, I woke up at at 10; man, it was good to get some nice long sleep. I then, did nothing much in the morning. After lunch, I went out and bought Halo Wars. That game is amazing. I played it throughout the afternoon, and when I wasn't playing my brother was playing NHL 09, which is also really fun. I then went to church at 5:30 and came home, had dinner, and watched the Fugitive. That was Saturday.   Today was a good day. I woke up and played some more Halo Wars. After playing a skirmish, I had to do pre-calculus homework. It wasn't so bad. So, I then ate some lunch, and went on to the afternoon. I hung out with Helk for the remainder of the afternoon. He was utterly amazed at Halo Wars. Too bad it isn't 2 player... :(   So, that was it. He had to leave, and then I played some Halo 3 with Jump. Everything was fun today. Tomorrow I have football workouts (as usual). That's it from me for now. Hope you all had a great weekend as well.

Woot, it's Friday!!! So, that means that tomorrow is Saturday, and I get a break from school as well as football.   Today, I woke up for football in the wee hours of the morning. I get there, sit for a few minutes, and then we're off. We did our normal ladder drills and some other things. Then, it was off to the competition. So, I was quarterback for my team (again). We end of winning a whole bunch of games in a row. It was utterly amazing. Then, the linemen came in from the weightroom and the skill guys played them. It was all in good fun. For about 5 minutes after practice, I worked on some routes with the real quarterback, for us both to get better.   So, during school today was extremely stressful. We had our massive inspection by the Army for JROTC. It went pretty well. We ended up getting a blue star for Honor Unit with Merit. Not too bad. I thought I did pretty good during my briefing. The other staff members did really well, too. The inspection took a long time for the staff. We were out of 5 classes out of 7 for the day. After that, I went home...home sweet home.   After school, I had a friend hang out for a while; we shot some hoops, played some video games, and ate dinner. The dinner was grilled cheese, but I like it without the cheese (not that I dislike cheese, I just don't like it melted onto bread), so I had grilled bread instead. Which, of course, is very good. After dinner, my friend and I took on my dad and brother in Madden 09. We ended up losing due to the fact that we let them score so be could have OT. Then, some other stuff happened, and they won. Oh well. The best part of playing is that my dad has no clue how to use the 360 controller, so we always have a good time due to that fact.   Tomorrow, I will do....something.   Oh, and before I forget, I asked out a girl on Tuesday...I think it was. She said no and said she liked someone else. There goes that. At least the process only took about 2 seconds, I mean...who really needs a sappy and emotional time when you ask a girl? Just go up to her and say: "Hey, will you go out with me?" And there...done!
