Today is a day where I will use the shift key.
So.
University.
It is quite the experience. As someone who comes from an very conservative household, it's quite nice being me. Going on nights out 3-4 times a week, meeting new people (pre drinks networking as I call it) and getting drunk are very fun. Work load has been relatively easy, most of the stuff is slightly more in depth versions of A2 geography(oh yeah im doing geography) and practical work is a doddle. Hope you guys are doin
so pretty much last time i was here i did this life update blog entry about whats happened so i guess ill do it again
WOW NOT MUCH LUCK WITH GIRLS AYE
meet girl in club, she has boyf, talk to her after club for couple weeks, she's fudgeed like just a whiny nice doggy! sort of like my ex so i was like lol no thanks
new girl started at work and she is super cute and has a really nice bum, I've noticed recently that she might be a bit of a bully though (not to me), but thats okay. anyways
ArgHHHH I'm tearing my hair out at this whole international exchange process. If I did something common like business or maths, everything would be over in a week, there would be hardly any meetings with important people at my university, emailing back-and-forth with multiple American universities, all the DECISIONS (x10 worse for a girl). But nooo, I have to go and do god damn Geographic Information Science, that takes an eternity to say when people ask me what I do at uni, then repeat it when
hello test post
edit: been reading my past blogs from ~4-5 years ago and cringing at some of the shizzle i posted - i opened up a fair amount and that's pretty awesome, wish I did more nowadays but then in 4-5 years if I found this I'd be cringing again x)
this place holds close to me, thanks everyone for reading anything i've ever posted(if you even remember me probably not but it's all good)
What's up, guys.
I've been missing the smallish community feeling of Sal's - as opposed to more popular forums, such as Reddit - and figured I'd come back and start being active, again. It's been so long since I've regularly visited this website, but the blogging community still seems to be relatively alive compared to the actual subforums.
What's happened in my life outside of Sal's in the last few years of my absence:
- Graduated high school a year early
- Experienced heartbreak :-((
when runescape was £3/month
when i had no responsibilities
when i merked everyone at call of duty and fifa
when i never was introduced to reddit(the land of the sweaty neckbeard)
when every kids tv star wasn't a nonce
let us pray to the reptillians and the lizard people for guidance
amen
So I'm planning to make shrimp fettuccine Alfredo for my boyfriend on Valentine's Day. Tomorrow I will be practicing how to make it. Hope it doesn't turn out to be crap
SO, I have been seriously considering doing a semester of university in the USA. Thing is, the semesters seem vastly different from Australia's, and I'm not completely certain when they start/end. Can anyone educate me on this? The results are kinda confusing when I try to Google it.
I actually would prefer going to Canada instead of the USA, but Canada doesn't have any solid GIS programs, such as a bachelor's degree. They only have 1-2 year certificates etc. Luckily and unsurprisingly, ther
It's been a while, hasn't it? Just thought I'd drop by and see what this place is doing. It's unbelievable to me that I came upon this place nearly ten years ago. And remembering what it was like then and seeing me and one other member online now. It's nothing new but still so weird to see. So how's life?

Edit: I might've had a bit to drink a while ago and might ramble a bit but...
In the first image I've now got a x7 magnifier in front
So spring semester 2015 I got A's for Cultural Anthropology and for a Political Science class as well as a B for English 101. However for the fall semester I screwed up big time and drop 2 classes and failed another 2...yeah something came up in my life, like all of a sudden I just lacked the motivation to do well in school so I was like eff it, Ima just worry about school later on in the future. Right now I just want to focus on working and leisure. Anyways right now I really regret it and I do
I did not manage to finish my Livid Farm during double minigames weekend, because I had an exam on the following monday.
I cooked this up out of boredom while I was away for the holidays without a capable computer to scape on.
took about 2 hours to write not counting the documentation.
Not particularly easy to use, but I wrote it mainly for my own use. I don't really expect many other people to attempt scouting livid worlds by themselves without a FC.

Kendrick Lamar - To Pimp a Butterfly
To Pimp a Butterfly is as visual an experience as it is musical. "Those are my real home boys on my album cover" Kendrick told MTV in April, in a way that makes it damn sure he's not lying. Every single one of those home boys on the album cover is significant, every single one the manifest of another incredible moment of TPAB. Observe the art as you listen from start to finish - the kids on the bottom right are 'Momma' already wise enough to teach Kendr
So, if anybody actually remembers this blog from back in 2012, I used to talk here. I also played Runescape for a while. I may have logged in some time in 2015, even.
Well, just started a new blog, about just about everything. Thought I'd mention it here, if anybody came looking: http://solarspot.netlify.com/
Hey. I posted here 1 year ago or something.
Another, I'm still alive update.
Last year I posted my new computer build or something. That i5 wasn't enough to handle my Twitch.tv streaming quality I wanted so I upgraded to an i7 (Got it for a 238$, what a steal!).
I got an A in a "weedout" class (Operating Systems). I felt really proud about that. Still taking CS at UT Austin.
My Pandora station is messed up, I keep trying to fix it but I feel like I'm making it worse. Keeps playing songs t
