Scary Food Item

Today begins red ribon week at my school. We had a kickoff assembly and at the end, we all got a nifty little wrist band that says "My future is bright drug free"

Is that proper English? I asked everyone but they couldn't give me an answer.

Did the band burn or explode on contact with your skin? <_< and I'm pretty sure the printers were just too lazy to print a large enough space or comma to separate My future is bright, drug free

The wrist band releases small amounts of ever type of drug into your blood stream so you will never feel the urge, as you are always on.

That's wretched English. It should be "My future is bright, drug-free.", "My future is bright and drug-free." or "My future is bright: drug-free."I'm glad you're drug-free, though. :)
