I highly dislike when anyone uses "Hai" instead of "Hi" or "Hello"
Why you ask? Because "Hai" is "Yes" in Japanese. I guess people use it because they think it's cute, or because they want to try something different than the norm. I mainly read it like that, because of my horrid abilities in English. I usually have a friend (or two) help me with it, like, reading Sean as seen, instead of Shawn.
It's just something I find really, really annoying.
