I don't know why people think Alienware is so great.

They base all their products on looks, and you could get the exact same specs for about 1/2 the price.

It's basically paying way too much, for way too little. If you're going to spend 6000$USD on a machine, then get the most you can get. Plus I find them to be ugly, and use quite a bit of power.

Alienware is like Apple, but they don't make Macs.
Macs don't look as tacky.
They look worse. :P
