Four years ago I had this massive crush on this girl from my class.

Eventually I told her, and she was like "uh,okay".

We rarely made eye contact with each other for the next three years.

My feelings for her subsided when we graduated from primary school and went our seperate ways.

A few days ago as I boarded the public bus from school there was this girl in the front area who kept looking at me as if my face were some kind of horrible monstrosity. It wasn't until I sat down that I realised that this was the girl I was crushing on earlier.

I kept my head down and cringed for the rest of the journey. She got off at the stop right after the one I had boarded.

That was a strange feeling.
