Questionable Legality?

I want Photoshop. It's a good program and I've been wanting to play around with it for a long time, because Paint.Net just doesn't cut it. Now, all of the computers at my school have Photoshop CS3, and we each are given our own little hard drives. I copied the program file into my folder, just to have it there, and now have an idea. I could easily take in a hard-disk, save the program, and then put it on my laptop. The only problem is that I don't know if this is legal, and if it wasn't, I would probably still do it if it wasn't for the fear the my school may be able to track all of my actions on the computer. I could just do it, and play dumb if I got in trouble. Suggestions anyone?
School today...nothing happened other than my Spanish teacher had his cute five year-old son in the class, making learning absolutely impossible. Oh yeah, I also tried to build a house of cards in study hall. Yes, I was that bored and no I didn't finish it. A bunch of kids were throwing crap at my house (I would too tbh) and I just decided to end it.
There must be something in the water, but it's probably just the lead pipes.
