Today I got up at 7:45 am and navigated my way past piles of debris and vaguely useful stuff. The upstairs is getting remodeled (the ol' lathe and plaster look just don't cut it no more), so everything's been cleared out and put into a POD. Stuff is still sitting out, however, and it's a real mess.
Anyway, I feel fine even though I worked from 6 am to 12:30 yesterday (made over $60!). I still have that cough (which was made worse by going to work yesterday, but improved after about 10 hours of sleep), but it's more a minor annoyance than a major problem. I went to college today and totally kicked the hell out of my PowerPoint presentation on Spam and Pop-ups. That's meant to be a good thing, by the way.
Now I don't have to worry about the presentation, but now I can start obsessing about the big Precalc test tomorrow that I've barely studied for (and didn't even go to class Thursday because I was sick). I know I'm going to regret not studying with every single minute of my spare time, but I'm just not going to be able to study everything. I'm probably going to be pulling at least a half-nighter and have about 144 oz. of Mountain Dew in the next 24 hours. I think maybe if I don't sleep between studying and class, I'll be less likely to forget what I learn...
Non sequitur (and the object of the heading): You ever been on the can in a public restroom, doing your business, and have someone turn the lights off when leaving? It's a good thing I'm not scared of the dark and/or public restrooms anymore, but I was pissed. At least there was a skylight.
