Ap Lit

Best school day in a while (except for the three essays in two hours part, that was just annoying). But after the AP Literature and Composition test, I still had two hours until I had to be back at school. My friends and I ended up heading out to Subway for lunch and then to Ritters for ice cream. I showed up for the start of sixth period, where my class just watched a movie the entire time. :glasses: Then for seventh period, I have AP Psychology, which is really easy. I'm actually looking forward to that AP test next Tuesday.

I took the same test today, too, but our school didn't have us come back to class. :o How you think you did? I didn't really like the first two essays because of the "interpret this poem using these elements" style of them but I did fine with the exile one (which I used Invisible Man on). As for the multiple choice, they really need to cut it with the "what kind of poem is this" questions, I don't know! I'm hoping for a four.

Oh, and prom and senior ditch day are all lined up (and more AP tests) so quite a few teachers aren't doing anything. And I get out in about two weeks. :D

Agree on all parts of what you said about the essays and multiple choice. :P I feel like there were too many of the "What kind..." questions, but some of them were easy. I'm hoping for at least a four.

My school offers too many AP Classes to fit everyone in my school, so we had to take ours in a church. Most people just drove there rather than taking a bus. Otherwise I would have just had to go straight to my class. But no matter what, we had to go back to school.

Yeah, I wasn't very sure on the definition of second person point of view but it turns out I got it right after all. Two particular incidents in the essays: I brought two normal pencils and one lead pencil but only brought one pen because I didn't think I'd need it. Well, you know how the whole essay portion was - pen died. :( And then when I got the "it is now suggested you be on essay three" I was on the second paragraph of essay two so I hurried. A bit later I was mid-sentence of the conclusion where I got to "The elements that...were tone, point of view, and..." right when I realized I had no "language" paragraph. D:

Luckily I was quicker in the next essay and totally flew through essay three. I'm hoping that last essay can carry the rest of them.

Oh! And our AP testing room wasn't the ISS room this time, instead it was some weird, almost hidden room on a separated second floor that's only got about three other classrooms. It made it amusing to say the least.
