let's not jump to the island of conclusions, it has to be a fake, why?
He's admitted that when he was born, his first name was Barry. During his teen years he changed it to Barrak. Now, if he was born "Barry" why does the certificate say "Barrak" He's had 3 years to forge it, guess they missed the small details.
