I Think My Phone Is Tapped

I got a phone call from a friend just now asking if I want to party. Obviously I said yes, and so I hung up. (Old fashion corded phone)

I pick up the phone after 5 seconds to call another friend, telling him to join me, but the phone starts dialing a number and rings.

I get the "We're sorry, the number you have--blahblah" so I hang up. After another 10 seconds I tried again only to have the phone still saying "We're sorry, the number you--"

And then 15 minutes later I come back and it does the same thing. Dials a number and rings until it tells me the phone number doesnt exist.

No no, you got it all wrong, you're just being targetted by the Matrix to ensure you can't escape when the Agents come for you. :o

Nah.

 

If you're that worried, get your phone provider to check your exchange, that's the most likely way they'd tap your phone (so says some pro mechanic from BT when my mom asked :P).
