College Search

I just got done looking at a couple, knocking my total of regional visits up to three. I still would like to visit Notre Dame and Northwestern, the former being a more likely reality than the latter. Neither of the two I saw in the last few days impressed me, although one campus was very, very nice while the other had extremely strong academics. The atmosphere and student environment at both places were nice (almost too nice, actually :glasses:), and they were each affordable with FAFSA and/or scholarships. So I'll keep them in mind, but not with a special place or anything. :)

What's your quality range? Are you looking at Little Ivies, mainly? (If you apply to enough, you're guaranteed to get into some of them.) And are you still interested in Princeton?

If you want any help, then just let me know - I'm fresh from the college search and so I have way too much info on my hands, though my knowledge is limited to the northeastern quarter of the US since I wanted to stay within a thousand miles of home. :P

Little ivies and Princeton, and a few upper-level liberal arts schools as well are mostly what I'm looking at. I probably won't be visiting many northeastern schools until after I get accepted (potentially) and when my decision range is getting uber narrow. It's also a que$tion of money, as well. :D

I'm thinking of either a double major (with one being in science), or at least a science-related minor.
